Had a10am appointment to view apartments with my roomate, stood outside until 10:30. No one showed up, no one communicated. Talked to a current resident who said the rent increases by a few dollars every month. We were sent 4 separate reminders for this appointment and to have no one show up is absolutely unprofessional. Would give zero stars if that was possible.

The management at this place is horrible. My son moved into an apartment on August 5 and in his contract it states he has a working washer and dryer. The washing machine doesn’t work. He filled out of work order on August 12 and still no help a month later. He has stopped by the office four times, to be treated very rudely.The last time he stop by he finally was treated with respect and the gentleman told him someone would come out the following day, but of course no one showed up. No one ever picks up the phone when you try to call!

The only reason I am giving 4 instead 5 stars is that it took 4 weeks for someone to show up and fix our dryer. Ryan was the gentleman who came to do the repair. He was respectful, efficient and friendly and even took care of another issue we had while he was there. The dryer works like new. Thank you again Ryan!

I moved in the 16th of April. The front screen is laying on front porch, with rips and holes in it. Pretty embarrassing. The bathroom toilet has been running since the day of move in. Sad part, my kids has not used that bathroom. Two of windows have duct tape on the screen to cover the holes. The porch light has been out since the day of move in. The apartment was not completely cleaned. Oil on the counter top next to the stove. I have burners on the stove and extra set in the dishwasher. Management should be required to do a final walk through every apartment to make sure it meets expectations

Steer clear from these apartments. They are the pettiest apartment complex I have ever live at. I had been living here almost 10 years. Was an ideal resident. In my whole time hear i never made them clean my carpet or repaint after each lease renewal. After I move out they have the nerve to charge me painting the unite again( which they do either way after each move out) and heavy cleaning ?! Do your self a favor and save yourself a headache. STEER CLEAR.

We have been here since 2012 of December and I would recommend this apartment complex now days since the new management team here I enjoy going in the office and visiting with them so many improvements have been happening now having a great place to living in is the most important thing in life love the new flooring in the apartments

The new apartment management has done a lot in terms of adding amenities, keeping the property maintained, and being quick with maintenance. It's a HUGE improvement over the last management. I am pleased for the most part. I'm not a big fan of some of the fees. Otherwise, things are maintained fairly well.

I have been living here since November 2017 and for the most part have been loving it. My only issue is that I can not get a maintenance request that actually fixes the problem to save my life. My mailbox has been broken since I moved in, which I notified the office immediately of and multiple times since. My a/c broke about two weeks ago and they… still have not come to get the fan they gave us to use until it was fixed. Also, since they “fixed” it the a/c had been making a very annoying buzzing sound about every 10 seconds when the air is on. I noticed the noise immediately
