Badly maintained apartments with Roach problems. Lots of old, damaged surfaces that give them access to the apartment and areas to hide in. Always spraying insecticides in the apartment. Layout is not pedestrian friendly and probably an ADA Violation. ALL Hot tubs in swimming areas are damaged beyond operations. They ask too much in renter's insurance coverage given how much of a glorified dump it is. Would leave but can't afford the higher price in neighboring apartments. Avoid if you can.

We walked in on Thursday and loved it. By Friday afternoon, we had the lease ready to sign. Alizé was so helpful and professional. Even though they were short staffed that day, she was patient as we went through the paperwork. And as other people were coming in for tours, she was able to take care of them too without treating us like a burden. We really appreciated how fast she was to get everything sorted out even when issues arose with my current complex. Prior to western wealth taking over this property, me and my family were ready to terminate our lease months early and run for the hills. Bree and Andrea really changed our perspective on the property and through their patience and great communication skills we are renewing our lease in one of the lovely renovated apartments and looking to stay another 2 years. They are really the epitome of going above and beyond and are always helpful and bubbly which was something the previous management company lacked tremendously. My girlfriend and I were in need of finding a new apartment and fast. We looked into Autumn Creek. Gabi was our agent and we couldn’t be happier! She was bubbly and very easy to talk to. Always in a good mood which took away some of the stress of apartment hunting. She took us on three virtual tours of the property. We felt bad about it but she was very patient with us and honestly it didn’t seem to bother her. I was extremely happy with the level of professionalism I found at these apartments. Being new to the area I've checked out many other facilities. The staff was very friendly here which drew me in. I had the pleasure of working with Gabi, who had a very bubbly personality yet showed she knew her stuff. Sadly my application was denied due to personal reasons, she still went above and beyond by helping me exhaust every option to appeal this. She could've just waved me by like I have been in the past. I am currently using her advice to fix my rental history and then I will be back and reapply

So I've lived here for two months. Coming from being new to Arizona and not knowing the area. This looked like the best fit for my price range and nice area. It's not a bad area, the apartment that I thought I was getting was far from it. The photos they adversities on their website are all their "upgraded" apartments. They are old, not taken care of, looks rushed and to me isn't worth $1122 that I'm paying.
