Each experience begins with a thorough consultation followed by a stress relieving shampoo and perfect cut and style. Color is applied to the hair from the roots to the ends for color richness, continuity and blending. Highlights, Lowlights or a combination of the two are applied from the top of the head forward adding beautiful, dimensional color.
This pedicure rejuvenates your feet and legs, increases circulation relieving painful joints with organic peppermint and rare blue camomile oil. This service includes buffing, filing, cuticle care, exfoliation, steam towels, polish and a paraffin dip to retain moisture. Clinically proven to reduce feelings of stress, the Stress-Fix aroma with lavender and clary sage is incorporated throughout this pedicure to calm and rejuvenate you.
Dry, oily, aging, uneven, sensitive, and acneic skin conditions, as well as eye concerns can all be addressed with a customized Tulasara facial treatment. After a thorough consultation, your skin therapist will provide the combination of products, personalized Aveda aromas, and techniques to design a customized treatment that will move your skin toward balance and reveal your natural beauty.
The Beautifying Body Treatment is a smoothing and hydrating treatment featuring the uplifting aroma of Aveda\'s Beautifying body care products. This treatment includes a dry exfoliation, masque, light massage, and foot reflexology. This balancing massage is an innovative treatment that focuses on the Chakra centers using a variety of massage techniques.
Mystique requires brides to book a trial run to assure that you and your service provider have created the look you wanted for your special day. The date of all appointments must be held and secured with a credit card guarantee. I have been going to Mystique for 8 years now! She did all my high school dance hairstyles, and even some hairstyles for cheerleading! My hair is super thick and long and very straight so I always go to Michelle when I want to have it curled. Today I got my hair curled for a dinner to celebrate my bachelor's degree and this is a picture of my hair after 5 hours! She is always so nice and welcoming and not to mention the free coffee!!

Not impressed with the salon. The person I was given as my stylist was doing 4 clients at one time! Michelle is good but the fact that she does so many clients at one time is dis-servicing to each one. I think she is trying to get the most tips possible. Well it's not right to have a person be at a salon for 3-4 hours to get their hair done! I went another time and I was her only client and literally was out in 1.5hrs for the same, lowlights, highlights, cut, color and style! Also the salon needs a total overhaul. Chairs are ripped, there is dust all over the exposed ceiling hvac duct work

Have always had excellent service at Mystique Day Spa. Terrance has been my stylist for over 10 years, never had anything less than a gorgeously sharp haircut. He has both highlighted and colored my hair, always comes out so nice. Terrance is an experienced stylist who loves what he does. His passion for his work keeps on top of all the newest trends. Terrance makes you feel like you are his most special client every time!

When my stylist moved out of state a couple of years ago I was lost. A friend recommended this Salon and Terrance specifically. I have not had a bad cut and my color is fabulous! My hair is healthy and soft and my cuts are always fabulous!
This is an Aveda salon. I have only had hair services and Terrance is the only one who has ever cut my hair.
The staff at the front are friendly and helpful.

Decided to give Mystique a try for a massage. O.M.G. Kathy worked miracles! I'll be returning for more! They are very accommodating, as I also wanted a pedi either before or after my massage. Jessica came in early to provide me with a delightful pedi. I have found my new spot for massages. I do love the fact that they use Aveda products...

Had an hour massage. It was probably the worst massage I have ever had. Not relaxing at all. The therapist was very loud and clumsy. I stressed I would like my lower back worked on and my lower back wasn't even touched. Very disappointing. The place has also gone downhill on their appearance. The bathroom was not the cleanest and very outdated.

I visited on 10/21. I asked Michelle for a balayage and was given tin foil highlights instead. I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted (brunette to blonde balayage) and got something totally different. My stylist seemed in a rush and didn't take the time to clear with me what I wanted done. I knew from the beginning that it wasn't what I wanted but i was too uncomfortable to say anything on the spot as sometimes she comes off pushy.
The highlights were a mess. Too light, too streaky, I looked like I was from the 90's. It was also very uneven in the back-- which she did not

I came here to get my hair done for my wedding and also had my bridal party get their hair done at the same time. I could not have imagined a better experience! Everybody's hair looked amazing. I also had three little girls getting their hair done as well, and the girls had the time of their lives. They had 4 people working with my bridal party and kept everyone on time. I also had my makeup done and I looked flawless. I highly recommend this place for bridal party hair and makeup!

I was truly disappointed with my hair appointment, which sucks because I had high hopes for this Aveda salon. My hair stylist had another appointment scheduled 30 minutes from me sitting down so I felt like she was rushing the entire time. She shampooed my hair so fast and I don't even think she put conditioner on. Instead of parting my hair before blow drying, (I have thick, curly, African American hair) she just casually went through it. But the part that makes me the most upset is when she straighten it, she did not even straighten my roots! That's the curliest part of my hair... I

I do not know where to start because this place is AMAZING. All through my childhood I dreaded going to get my haircut because I ALWAYS came out crying but one day my seventh grade self had a vision on how I wanted my hair to look and my mom decided to drive me here. Terrance did exactly what I wanted and then some! He made recommendations and told me what he thought would look best for my face. If you are like most women, going to a new person is daunting, but Michelle was Awesome! She literally was like a checklist for everything a stylist should be. She was very thorough with making sure she knew what I wanted, was pleasant, and explained to me what she was doing in terms of styling so I could re-create it at home. Tried Mystique for the first time today, and will most definitely be returning. I went for the Aveda products and will be returning for the great service. Elise did a great job with my hair, and had great suggestions. The salon was cute and had modern decor, it felt warm and inviting. They only take cash tips, so don't forget to bring a bit of cash with you. Overall had a great experience at Mystique, I would highly recommend it to my friends.

This was my first experience with the whole Aveda Salon thing. I wanted peek-a-boo red through my naturally dark brown hair along with a weird and wild cut. Terrance did a fantastic job and 6 months later my red has faded of course, but to a beautiful color. The stylists are all knowledgeable and friendly, however the people working the check in counter seem a bit put off.

I love Mystique because I love my stylist. If you get stuck with a terrible stylist, I super apologize! But the ambiance, service, and quality I have been provided warrant a 5 star review but please note this is only a reflection of their hair services.

I just really wasn't impressed. The cut and color I received was mediocre. It's an easy cut, but it only lasted a couple weeks because she didn't give it the extra shaping it really needs. I also didn't like that they scheduled another cut during my color processing. I hate that. I'm your client, give me your full attention please. I also thought the not tipping on a card is ridiculous. This is 2013!

I agree with Kelly P. The staff can be amazing, but the front desk people are a bit rude and I have been in there when the owner's DOG was walking around the salon. I'm a pet person, but not someplace like a salon!
Like I said they have excellent hair dressers, manicurists and massage people, but the front desk and management need to change a little.

15 years the front desk people need work. They need personality and training and a SMILE. I really dread calling for an appointment, checking In and checking out, therefore I don't come often and have ahhh strayed to other salons. Their TIP POLICY isn't client friendly and they DO NOT CARE about their clients preference. This salon is all about the money for the owners, not their staff or their customer
