I haven’t gotten a Brazilian wax in years, and I’d like to say that this was a great experience at Om spa. I got a Brazilian wax done with Maria, she did a fabulous job! She was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable and confident! Thank you Maria! Definitely recommend.

I had a prenatal massage here today and was very disappointed. The massage therapist didn’t apply any pressure at all even after I asked her to couple of times. It felt like it was just a rub not a massage. I get massages all the time and this was by far the worst. If you cannot deliver quality then do not book clients and waste their money. When the receptionist asked how everything went I told her I was disappointed her answer was “oh okay it’s going to be $100 today” like what?!!! This place is a joke. Do not waste your money!

I went to the spa for a deep tissue massage and 2 days later I broke out with a severe rash all over my face and body. I called to notify them, nothing was done. So I went in person and got looked at but still they didn’t do anything since I wasn’t a patient of that doctor. They still can’t tell me what was used on me. I need to know to avoid the ever having another reaction. Horrible!

I got a manicure and pedicure for the first time yesterday and it will be the last time. The pedicure was way below average. The average nail salons out there do a better job and cost half the price. For the two services I paid $78 without tip. Normally on average I get a combo price for $50 (simple mani Pedi natural nail). She barely scrubbed my feet and only the top of my feet were scrubbed. She didn't clean under the nails. she didn't massage my feet or legs. Everywhere else I've had pedicures they also massage your legs and place hot towels on them and then lather them with lotion. Honestly tired of the lack of communication by Om. I called and set an appointment said I didn't want it if I had to wear masks. They said you don't have to wear a mask.
I arrived and they don't have you go in the waiting area or locker rooms anymore which is part of the experience because of Covid. I say fine, understandable; just wish I was told this before coming because that's one of my favorite parts. Then, I get welcomed in the back by my massage therapist who asked if I had any injections in the e last 48 hours. I said I had two allergy shots one in each arm yesterday

they have robes and slippers in the locker rooms for each gender. there is also a shower in each locker room, however the second time i came the women's shower was out of order. they did not tell us that before the reservation, although i think they should just in case people want to wash off the excess oil after their massage.
the massage therapists pay very close attention to your requests, which i appreciate. while you are waiting for your massage to start there

I have been going to Om for almost a year and a half now. Rhonda is the ONLY person in the state of Michigan that I fully trust for a "full" waxing. She's a professional, discreet, gentle (as much as you could be!), and caring.
You'll be pulled in to the adornment of jewelry, scents, treatments, and CLOTHES they have for sale in the front and then seduced by the assortment of refreshments in the back. I try to leave my credit cards in the car! LOL
The spa is beautiful. I dare say it rivals those I've used in Las Vegas.

My $100 gift card (I have my Visa receipt) was misplaced in my own home for two years ago. Facts show that it was never used, yet this company will not deactivate it and issue me a new one. The man who answers the phone says that it is my loss. He will not even let me get through to the owner. This is so unethical. This man even went as far to tell me not to "pull the cancer card" when I am a skin cancer survivor and I purchased a skin treatment. Ridiculous. Robbery. Never buy a gift card here.

I've been to this place twice and think it's not worth the money. I've tried a few different technicians and they both weren't concerned about actually doing the work. I think it's very overpriced for the bare work they do. I was gonna give it another try because of the atmosphere and how clean the spa is, but definitely looking for another spa with great nail techs who do great work.

I went for a couple pedicures here and had been generally pleased with my experience --until my third visit when the technician over-trimmed my cuticle which led to an infection. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned but when I visited another tech (3 weeks later), she confirmed that the cuticle was over trimmed and still damaged. She suggested neosporin (duh) but forgot to mention that it would make the polish fade so after $90 + one infection + a discolored nail later, I'd say I'm done here.

Hands down the best spa in Dearborn. I go to this spa quite regularly for various treatments and have never had a complaint. Everyone was extremely nice and wants you to have a nice relaxing time.
The manicurist are some of the best I have been to. They are very knowledge about their products and will never steer you in the wrong direction.

Decided to book a shellac mani and regular pedi.
I was quoted 87$ over the phone during booking. It was more expensive than my normal girl but Om is closer, my girl was booked and a 25 minute drive and I had already gone past my 3 week nail date.
Once I arrived, they set me in the relaxation area to grab some water and waiting until the tech was ready for me.
Once she did, she took me to a small area and began the soaking of the feet while she excused herself.
She returned about 15 minutes
