I have been here many times for a variety of services, and have never had even close to a bad experience. The staff is so friendly and great at making you feel comfortable. It's clean, and all the services have always been top notch- most notable their massages and facials. Highly recommend the couples retreat for a day of relaxation with a friend/ S.O.

I had a wonderful experience working closely with Emily to plan our corporate group spa afternoon. She did an amazing job coordinating all appointment and services. I had not been to the spa since they added the new space. The group room was so comfortable and classy with the overall beach theme. Our appetizers and mimosa bar was a perfect added touch. The best part ......all of our clients told us they throughly enjoyed themselves. This spa has it all!!

We had an appointment for November 16. I had to cancel due to work . My daughter called the day before in the afternoon. She left a message and did not receive a call back until the next day. They told her they were going to charge her credit card $180 for two appointments. She didn't know they had her credit card. I called and spoke to manager. Very nicely explained the situation. I offered to rebook and pay in advance and to tip Macie. Let me say that Macie is an excellent aesthetician. My issue is with management.

Maeci is GODSEND! My skin is happy and radiant, and I am glowing! I first came in with really bad acne along my jawline and after a couple of Hydrafacial sessions with her, I have completely CLEAR skin for the first time in years. She is so lovely and also very knowledgeable, answering every question I had. My mom and I both go to her for Hydrafacials and we both can't say enough positive things.

Don’t buy gift vouchers for Avedaspa you’ll never be able to use it online (their online system doesn’t accept them) and they don’t email back when you contact them regarding it. My voucher has since expired and I’ve lost €100. Also when you unsubscribe from their emails it doesn’t work which I’m pretty sure violates data and privacy regulation. Avoid at all costs!

Simply put the best of the best. Erin is amazing and all the staff is just so welcoming and pleasant.
I am always pleased with the professionalism and expertise all these girls have. That includes the front desk staff as well . If you haven't been here for a service, I highly recommend it . Can't wait for my next visit to the beach !

Perfect Spa Day EVERY TIME! They've recently expanded the spa and its so pretty! Wish I took photos to share but will next time because I will definitely be back. This is my 4th time coming to beach house and it's always an amazing experience. The massage is nothing like any other I've had in the Birmingham area. Pure relaxation! You definitely feel like you're out of town while you're here for a long period of time. Brittany is AMAZING! Highly recommend her and Jess but they're all so great there you won't be disappointed. They all add their own personal touch

The area while you wait for your masseuse, nail tech, or aesthetician to come and get you is very relaxing. Dimly lit, following the same beach decor. There are some delightful cookies to snack on too.
