I was in a hurry to get my eyebrows microbladed as they were a little uneven.
I didn’t know much about the procedure and saw a couple videos of Mary’s microblading.
I decided to go with her because I thought the other microblading artist that was recommended to me was too far and expensive (800).
First appointment I had to wait a long time because receptionists didn’t put numbing cream on me. Abs then comes the question - why would a receptionist be putting numbing cream on me anyway? Isn’t this the job of the microblading person?
Anyway, got it done and touched up. They are too dark

She did nothing I asked she had her opinion about everything and just flat refused to do what was asked. I made the appointment for my daughter to get her hair washed, thinned out, trimmed and straightened for her first day of school. Our stylist just knew more than we did about our daughters hair and wouldn’t listen to anything either her or i said so when we left and i had to go home and straighten her hair myself and it wasn’t thinned out to what we asked everything my daughter or i said she had an opinion on why she wasn’t going to do it. I had gone to a different salon a few months ago and gotten my hair bleached blonde. I started to miss my natural hair color so I made an appointment with Molly so I can go back to being brunette. When she was finished I realized my hair was black nowhere close to my natural color and half of my hair was a completely different color than the other half as shown in the picture. Do not go to this salon! IT'S HORRIBLE. I asked for a Balayge, even showed her a picture of what I wanted, but the hair stylist barely gave me some highlights and charged me $200 for it. She had a nasty attitude and would get annoyed every time I asked her to fix her mistakes. My hair now has a mix of brown, black and some ugly bleached hair strands that she forgot to "tone".... Please save your time and money and go to real professionals. I honestly should have went back for my money and probably sued.

Made an appointment, my stylist Molly, who was fabulous by the way, was on time and did a great job with my highlights!! By talking with Molly, I knew she was up on the latest trends with not only hair, but makeup as well! Molly is definitely my new stylist.

I was looking for an appointment last minute due to my stylist getting covid. I was able to get in with Bridgette for a perm and cut. This is the first time in a long time I can say I love my hair! And for the first time in a long time I am getting compliments too. Perming is becoming a lost service. I have found my girl finally. My hair is exactly what I wanted! I might be 51, but I like it sassy with style! Thank you so much Bridgette! And thanks so much for your product recommendation, I love it too!

Quite literally the worst haircut I have ever had. The stylist acknowledged that I was not happy and asked if I wanted to "do it myself." She also asked why I wore my hair like that. I then styled my hair with her comb and blow dryer myself and walked out.
The gentleman at the front desk who could tell I was displeased, did nothing but say "oh ok." Great establishment you have here.
I didn't ask for anything special and I was very specific about what I wanted. If your stylist are not qualified to do a basic 0 fade then don't offer men's haircuts.

Holy makeral Jenna, you da bomb girl! I highly reccomend Charisma Salon. Jenna is probably the most talented stylist that I've ever had. Came in for a blow out ahead of an important work event. I basically paid for a shampoo and whip dry. No product was used while it was damp, nothing to to add volume nor any heat protection. It's only been 6 hours, my hair is flat and all curl from the round brush is already out of it. I could have done a better job myself that lasted longer. Came in for a blow out thinking It would be one less thing to do before traveling for work. No discussion whatsoever on what I'd like done to my hair, instead consumed the whole time with neighbor gossip.

This place overall was great. The salon was clean and organized. I did notice that whoever answered the phone didn't know much about their services and the basic information about them. The location is a little weird and kind of hidden. I imagined that it'd be its own little shop but it's actually inside of a mall, and i got lost But that's on me.

I’ve been going to charisma for a while now and absolutely love it! They have great customer service and always so friendly. I go to Morgan who does my hair and she is hands down the best! I see Morgan, who always gives me a great haircut. She's awesome, has a sense of humor, and from what I see is up on the new styles. Always enjoy coming to this salon. Morgan always takes her time with my hair and gives me exactly what I show her that I want, and explains exactly what she is going to be doing. She took me from black box dyed hair to black to brown balayage that I absolutely love and it's exactly what I wanted. She keeps conversation going and always makes sure I'm comfortable and satisfied with my visit. I'd never take my business anywhere else. Charisma is lucky to have her!

Last year I moved to Michigan and, by luck, found Morgan! She introduced me to the correct way to go lighter, also known as "the process." I box dyed my hair from age 12 to 22 and now I refuse to ruin my hair with that stuff. My hair is healthier than it has been in years and I definitely owe it to Morgan. She's done balayage and highlights on me, slowly getting to the blonde I'd like to get to. She's also done a wonderful treatment on my hair that made my hair so soft and shiny. Everyone in the salon is incredibly nice and talented, but I definitely have trust and loyalty

I find the prices excessively high, but if your a believer in getting what you pay for, then price may not be an issue.
I moved to MI in 2014, and finding a salon was by far one of the hardest things. I tried many before Charisma, and Jenna. Jenna is the only stylist I use here so my review is based on my experience with just one stylist. I get the color works, and I have been pleased EVER TIME with finished product. The washout comes with a head massage that is refreshing and stimulating.
If your looking for a new look check out Charisma and ask for Jenna. She is great!!!

It was a wasn't a very good experience at this salon. I was going on a trip the next day so I just wanted my hair to be straightened. I usually wouldn't go to this salon because I don't usually let Caucasian people do my hair as an African American. But this time I was desperate.

I love this salon! I have been getting my hair done for years here and each time I go I marvel at what a great job they do at such a reasonable price.
Stephanie W. is my "go to" gal and she always makes my hair look like I am ready for a photo shoot! And no matter what event I show up at, my gleaming locks get plenty of praise. And $30 for a blow dry? A steal, that's for sure.
The salon is clean, runs on time and has some pretty nice people working there.
While I'm not living in the area anymore, you can bet every time I come home, my locks get a little tune up at Charisma

I had a last minute appointment with Dan for an updo. He was great! It looked awesome and I got great compliments at the wedding reception I attended. My only complaint was that I had told him I needed it to stay put and it started to unravel (still looked cute) after the first trip to the dance floor. However my hair is known for not cooperating, so I still have to give him mad props for giving me a style that still looked great when it came a little unraveled.
