Our menu is subject to change! Certain flavors and certain items will be available on certain days of the week. Seasonal flavors and products may also become available and could replace other items during a season. Feel free to call or email us to find out what will be available on each particular day of the week.
The signature cake collection includes all of our delicious cake flavors in beautiful pre-determined designs so you can take the stress out! These cakes make the perfect dessert for any celebration, whether they are served as is or upgraded with some personalized pieces!

Some weeks fill up early and we will close orders when we have reached capacity for that date so we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.

Got an outer space themed baby shower cake and some custom sugar cookies made here after trying out their other amazing sweet treats. My goodness, Kayla did an AMAZING job! She was very accommodating with our food restrictions and respected our requests. The frosting on the cake was buttery and light, not the overpowering sweetness from other bakeries. So happy to know we have this kind of talent right around the corner.

While the location was lovely and the baked goods delicious, the employee behind the counter was noticeably rude to me and my girlfriend after being incredibly nice to the straight couple in front of us. I like cinnamon rolls, but not nearly enough to be discriminated against and treated so poorly. Homophobia is not a good look.

One of our favorite local places to grab delicious desserts and treats! Everyone there is so nice and I love seeing how the owner's entire family helps out. It's very apparent how much they all care about the business and their customers. My favorite is the Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Bar. Oh and the edible cooke dough is to DIE for and basically got me through my pregnancy. They also have the best seasonal treats (the cocoa bombs during the holidays were literally, the bomb). We always stop at Gingersnaps when we have guests staying over that we want to impress with some local sweets!

I found out about Gingersnaps Bakery through a wedding website. We went there for our wedding dessert tasting. Kayla was the sweetest host for us and made sure to have everything we were requesting for our tasting. She was so nice didn’t pressure us at all. All of the employees were very sweet as well, and checked on us frequently. We will definitely be going back to have some more treats and purchase our wedding cake from them.

Gingersnaps is mine and my family’s favorite bakery! From their genuine costumer service right down to their rich desserts leaves you with a happy sweet tooth and a warm heart. I have and will continue to use Kayla for all my catering and events. Kayla made our wedding cake last year and our guests STILL talk about it. I could go on and on. The baked goods at Gingersnaps are incredible! (That says a lot coming from me as somewhat of a connoisseur!)
The coconut macaroons are scrumptious and not too sweet. The raspberry crumple is delectable- I love the flavor and the texture. The lemon bars have just the right amount of tartness.
Lincoln is very lucky to have such a first -rate bakery- give it a try!
