There's so much information out there about how to lose weight or put on muscle, it's hard to know what to believe! We've all seen the flashy Instagram exercises or the brilliantly marketed programs for sale. Maybe you've tried following a p90x or Crossfit or Tracy Anderson program for a while but haven't achieved the results you were looking for.

That's because these products were designed to sell to the masses to make as much money as possible. It's a one size fits all approach that doesn't consider your unique situation. This is when it becomes clear how the benefits of working one on one with an experienced personal trainer are far superior to any generalized exercise product.

Brett packed on muscle throughout his entire body. We accomplished this while keeping his body fat low - the proof is in his ripped abs. Brett's hard work, consistency and positive attitude have been the keys to his success. Throughout our training Brett has had several specific goals.

I started training with Luke 6 months ago because I needed to be pushed. I am very coachable but left on my own I will end up doing the same sets over and over and over and then get bored and lose motivation. Previously I had been on a competitive Masters swim team where I had that coach and teammates that would keep me motivated and focused.
I mostly train around the West Hollywood area at a personal training gym as well as at my clients' residences and even outside at the park. If you're not in that area I also can train you virtually! Whatever your preference is, I'm happy to accommodate! Yes and yes. I'm certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I carry liability insurance.
