I began coaching clients in 2007 with 24 hour Fitness and certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). As the Fitness Manager, Event Coordinator, and Coach with The Phoenix Effect Los Angeles, I was able to assist the physical and mental well being of thousands via print, television, and such live events as Propel Lab's yearly fitness and music festival.
This transformed into a deeper coaching style with life coaching and spiritual development. My aim is to combine science with spirituality, as it is my belief they are two expressions of the same. Bringing it into balance is the key. As a certified Law of Attraction Coach, I apply this and many other Universal Laws, with my life/soul coaching program.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a beautiful method developed by Dolores Cannon over several decades of practice.
