I’ve been training with Ben for a few months now and he’s is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. He puts a lot of emphasis on technique and makes sure that the time spent in the gym is fully utilized. He’s an awesome dude and I can’t recommend him enough.

Start Off by saying Ben is the "Real Deal!" not "Another L.A trainer".
I transferred to L.A. from NYC 5 months ago, NYC was my home for 7 years.I was very comfortable and in seemingly perfect tune with my personal trainer in NYC. Being that training is such a fundamental part of my life coming to L.A. and finding a brand new trainer after 7 years with my another twas daunting thought to say the least.
Ben is the ultimate trainer to have found here in L.A. His loyalty, respect & knowledge of result based regimens is second to none .Especially to what I've seen in the L.A. PT industry.

I’ve been working with Ben for 4 months now and I feel like a different person. We started off twice a week, but I quickly realized 3 times was what I needed to reach my goals within the time I wanted. Ben’s very specific when it comes to the formula of exercises he gives you to get you the body you want. When we started I didn’t have abs, now I have abs.  My shoulders were non existent, and now I look athletic even with shirt still on. I Would recommend Ben to anymore, even if you think you don’t need a trainer!

Someone I greatly admire highly recommended Ben in one of their blog posts... Fast forward six months and my body doesn't look the same! I'm naturally skinny, and have worked with so many different personal trainers, trying to put on muscle. Ben is next level, no wonder he works with a lot of famous actors. He has a deep understanding of how to create strong, lean muscle in a short time span. Even after doing some of the same exercise for months, he'll continually throw new twists and tips at me, to maximize my time with him.
