I recommend to all people who have children under 2 years of age that they do not come to live in Brigthton place aparment I have a 1 year 5 month old girl and it turns out that they are giving me notes that I have to leave the apartment because it is too noisy And it offends all the neighbors I have and still in the office they told me to tell the babe not to make noise and the one who complains is a neighbor who passed by smoking with his partner on the balcony and I said that in the office and Now it turns out that after that I make a lot of noise in the apartment and offend all the neighbors

By far the best apartment I have rented, the ladies at the office are really friendly and helpful when it came to get me moved in as soon as possible,management is really quick and get things done if something is broken and needs to be replaced, lots of parking and it's very quiet.
But the only thing I didn't like was that they send you the utilities separately from the rent,instead of putting it all together, other than that I still highly recommend them!

I lived at Brighton Place Apartments for the last 2 years (during the entire pandemic) and was extremely satisfied with my apartment the entire time. The staff is very kind and helpful, the technicians always came out to fix things in a timely fashion, the neighbors were respectful and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. I can't recommend them enough.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.This place is ridiculous. We payed our security deposit and moved in and called them 4 times asking if they need our first month's rent and they said no we already got it every time. 6 months later they call us saying that we either need to pay another month's rent or release our security deposit cause they said they never got our first month's rent. At the end of our lease we gave our notice and handed them the paper and they lost it and now are making us pay 2 month's extra rent. They are ridiculous and just want to scam you and take your money. DO NOT MOVE

We have had such a wonderful experience here so far, my roommate and I love it! We had some issues with the plugs and maintenance was so quick to come in and get it all taken care of for us quick so we could keep working and Brittany and CJ in the office are so nice and easy to work with, they made our move so much less stressful! Thank you all so so much for all you guys do!

We have lived here 5 years now and the only issues we have ever had has been with other residents. And they were very small issues that we resolved with one another. The management team is always so kind, informative, and professional. Brittany is seriously the best, and one of the reasons we have stayed here so long. This place is great if you are starting a family, have a family or just need a place to call home. I should note that the schools in the area really are great. And another one of the reasons we have stayed so long.
