We have been looking for a space that was previously a restaurant. We quite had a few conditions that were relatively difficult for our broker to find. Jillian, our broker was very professional. She tried very hard and she did a great job by always doing some research and looking for spaces in the area that we wanted. She is very responsive and attentive even on Sundays, she still responded to emails, which were impressive. We are very happy that she finally found the space that perfectly fit our needs. I had a great experience working with Iana to find my new apartment. She was always quick to respond to my emails/questions and provided clear and thorough answers. On move-in day, there was a small mishap with the keys and she immediately came from the office to resolve the issue. Iana helped us get a great apartment in Beacon Hill, and we were incredibly satisfied; however, two weeks after moving in, there was an awful fire, and we had to move again. Iana and the rest of Cabot and Co.… didn't skip a beat and put us in a newly renovated apartment that they manage and even waived their fee. Justin, the property manager, has been a great help.
In short, this is a well-run company, who also had compassion and helped us out during a tough time.
