We really like Nini. She is very honest and hard working. She is very familiar with Almaden valley, San Jose . She is also able to speak mandarin fluently. My husband and I have very long working hours, and she is always able to accommodate our schedule. Both of them are honest, trustworthy, pleasant, highly intelligent and their follow through are amazing and very thorough. They are very attentive and detail oriented. The only complaint we have is the seller agent. They cut off the electricity before the final walk through. We waited couple working days to get the power supply back, and then we found out the garage door couldn't open (before it was working) and the watering system is not
