This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

My longtime friend just moved here and the building is very clean and modern with nice seating area outside both entrances and exits landscaping is very well maintained. My only problem...minding that it's a senior living place...is is that some residents are way too nosey and profile obsessive. Be blessed everyone

For 4 1/2 years, it served my needs as a single man, but my move-out experience was not satisfactory. I spent several days scrubbing cabinets inside and out, the refrigerator, stove, tub, toilet and basin. I should have received a full refund, but the new management charged me $165 for cleaning, including $95 for carpet cleaning, which was just cleaned before Covid struck. They charged $95, but their inhouse carpet cleaner only charged $30. Not pleased at all with that policy. Also, I had a list of repairs that were submitted before new management that were not taken care of after the sale. As
