Maintenance - non existent. This is the type of place that puts up a sign telling you to close the door behind you in the laundry room rather than have the maintenance team adjust the closer. My leaky faucet still leaks after being repaired exactly as it did before. Unfortunately the prices are lower than most around so we picked it. Really if you can find a different place I would. Ladies in the office are so reprehensibly nasty my wife will no longer go pay the rent. Also google rats and this place .....,

We went to see an apartment and were told immediately to Sit Down in the office as if we were about to receive a lecture. The woman was rude and didn't introduce herself or ask our names, but we were required to fill out all (and I mean everything) personal information before being "allowed" to see an apartment. The whole complex stunk of refuse, silage, cigarettes, as did the apartment which had a terrible kitchen. The woman continued to be cagey and never answered our questions about non smoking apts, crime, and management directly. Truly a bleak experience.

I've lived at Mesa Verde for about two years now and I've been pleased with my experience here so far. I just want to touch on a few points about living at Mesa Verde:
Maintenance - The maintenance staff here is really good and timely. Every time I've had a problem with anything (leaky faucet, over hood stopped working), they have been to my apartment to fix it the same day. They are also very polite and courteous. They are also continually doing updates on the complex (resurfacing the parking lot, installing vertical blinds, new energy-efficient windows, new water-saving shower
