Park Place is an amazing apartment complex! The apartments are very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. Also walking distance to olde town Arvada which has great restaurants and bars! There’s a big park right behind the building for dogs, along with nearby dog parks. Last but not least the staff in this building are the best! Always ready to help and super friendly. Highly recommend!

The management team has been fantastic, the location is great, and the building is very well kept. Specifically, thank you to Marina and Devyn for keeping everything moving! Hector has been fantastic-- always responding to any problem big or small with great courtesy and professionalism. It's a fantastic community!

Marina has been such a pleasure to work with as a property manager. All questions were all answered thoroughly and promptly, and overall always felt like I was more than a resident but rather an actual member of the Park Place community. I moved in about 6 months ago and I have had nothing but a good experience here at Park Place. You’re in walking distance to everything and it’s the total urban lifestyle. Rachel and Brandon leased to me and both of them are super professional and fun! No matter what questions I had, they were always answered with knowledge to back it. I love it here! Highly recommend.

We just moved into the building from San Francisco and are already impressed with the management! We were very thorough in reviewing the apartment upon arrival (we rented the unit site unseen), and within hours, the friendly maintenance man, Hector, came up and fixed the minor issues we saw. We've lived in SF & NYC and have never experienced service like that when it comes to renting an apartment. We're thrilled we picked Park Place Olde Town as our new home and look forward to settling in. :)

Wow! I am blown away by the amazing customer service that Brandon showed my wife an I. We had been given the cold shoulder by several other communities, as we are not looking until later this year, but Brandon treated us as if we were going to lease and move-in right away! He knows his property inside and out and was such a pleasure to work with. We will DEFINITELY be moving in here, when something comes available. Thank you SO much for the outstanding customer service.

Living at Park Place Olde Town has been such a pleasure! From the awesome staff to the great management crew!
I have lived here for a little over a year and have noticed DRASTIC changes since the new management has come in.
There is a homeless problem in the park behind the building but I have noticed and spoken with Rachel about my concerns and she had already talked to the Police Department. The Crime Impact Team will be coming out to address all resident concerns soon. What a breath of fresh air. There was a girl that worked the front desk before Brandon and she was not very kind. Fantastic place to live! The location is perfect; within walking distance of old town and right next to a park. The apartment building itself is great and has all the amenities you would need. Also a shout out to the great staff at the front, always friendly and extremely helpful whenever you need something. Highly recommended!
