Since David Vigil has come to Foothills Park Apartments, thing couldn't be better. The grounds are clean and sidewalks clean, lawn is mowed and watered and response to maintenance requests are completed immediately. The maintenance staff is wonderful, courteous and efficient. The response time for my requests have been completed in under 24 hours.

I am so glad I found Foothills Park Apartments! It’s nice to live in a complex where the staff actually care about customer service and strive to provide excellent service.
When I was looking at apartments Dave was charismatic, friendly, honest and flexible.
After moving in, there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and Roger and Aaron were timely, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
I’ve lived places where the bare minimum was the goal, but Foothills Park apartments have set a high bar, and I would recommend living here to anyone.

Only an applicant, but I called Foothills Park Apartments half an hour before they closed. Most places don't pick up the phone at that point, but Dave did. Dave was super friendly and very accommodating for our situation. I really felt like he cared about me as a human rather than just seeing me as another tenet with dollar signs for a face. And, he was so friendly, and kind without even having met me or knowing anything about me! Dave was very professional, answered all my questions, and even went the extra mile for me. I appreciate it tremendously! Thank you Dave!!

One of the most poorly run apartments I've experienced as an adult. Maintenance doesn't fix broken appliances and after nearly a year of them instantly closing the maintenance requests without fixing anything, I'm fed up. Apartments are no smoking but smell like cigarettes and the companies they contract to do work in apartments are rude and inconsiderate of other residents. Since when is refurbishing an apartment at 7am s.o.p? Go ahead and try to contact anyone with the company, and share your secrets if you can get them to answer or call you back. Can't wait to leave this overpriced dump

I live at foothills park apartments and it has been a great experience. Nice units with washer and dryer, central A/C and furnace are a definite plus. Office is great very friendly and always helpful. When my dryer was down they had to order the part and they let me use empty units so I didn't have to go to the laundromat.

I have lived at Foothills Park for almost 3 years and the current personnel is amazing. I just had maintenance technician Mike come and he fixed the items I needed fixed with quality work and friendly professionalism.
The office is awesome as well. Brenda and Tamara are the nicest people and during a tough transition made me feel taken care of in my housing needs. When I renew my lease, one main reason will be because of this staff. Thank you!
