There are three aspects that either make or break an apartment complex. 1) Unit/floorplan...Gateway apartments are well planned. A, B+
2) Management...They get high grade here. Jennifer the boss is straight forward, friendly and always ready to help. Her immediate staff Coral and Jocelyn are both very helpful. If you have a problem, they work to solve your issue, no messing around, they get it done. An A
3) Maintenance...You need something fixed or repaired, get ready for Art, who is more than pleasant and capable. He is also beyond friendly. The guy should have his own sitcom on TV. An A

Well designed, adequate parking, layout is great, amazing views, feels super safe, and really well built (unlike plenty of other complexes in Denver that were slapped together over the last 10 years). Worked with smart city apartment finders to find this place, they were awesome too. Could not be happier with my new place

Gateway was a great apartment for my family! We were fortunate enough to land a garage directly across from our apartment and being on the far side of apartment building 1 was almost like our private place. While the apartments were full, we hardly heard anyone. One to our next living arrangements, but Gateway was a great place to live!

Gateway is great! The staff in the office are the best and maintenance is tentative to work orders and very nice. New groundskeeper has done such a wonderful job maintaining the property and always greats me with a smile. Living here has been wonderful. Very sad I have to move out of state next year or else I would renew in a heartbeat.

I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease.... It is a great location and the staff is amazing! They are prompt in responding to service requests or any other questions that you may have. The property has great amenities and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. It's a great place to live!

We moved into Gateway about 8 months ago and we love our apartment and the community overall. The amenities have been a blessing, especially for our granddaughters who love to come over and swim at the large pool that works well for both adults and kids. The amenities here really fit our lifestyle, allowing me to work out at their excellent fitness center, while spending quality time with the granddaughters.

I moved into Gateway Arvada Ridge just a couple of months ago. I love it here. The apartments are very modern and new. There is a great pool area, jacuzzi, fitness center and clubhouse. It feels like a resort. The staff is great, and the move in process was very professional. My leasing consultant, Coral Felix, was truly great, and made me feel so welcome here.

Do not rent at Gateway Arvada Ridge! I am writing this review to hopefully save others the hassle of having to deal with Gateway Arvada Ridge. Like the previous post, I was lured by the amenities offered - a very nice pool, and gym but that is where it ends. The parking is absolutely horrendous, and I was towed after one day because I was in an accident and had a rental car. I provided proof, pictures, and reached out to managers but they refused to help although I pay a monthly parking fee. The property manager refuses to work with tenants. There are homeless people in the complex every night

Last night we got home and noticed there were several residents circling the lot for parking. We realized Gateway Arvada had rented out their space for a party, so we could only assume this is why there were no spots for paying residents. We drove around for almost an hour (mind you I'm 7 months pregnant and had a very upset toddler in the back). Still, we could not find anywhere to park. We would have happily parked on the street, but there is also no street parking.
We ended up having to park under a covered spot because we had no choice and needed to get home. We emailed all the avenues

I get my move in keys tomorrow...So, I have not even moved in yet and everything has been outstanding leading up. Even after I move in, if their are any challenges or issues, the service I got from Jennifer Louth, Manager, and how she has lead her team, will supersede it. Jennifer is high class, easy to communicate with, expert problem solver, excellent listener and able to see exactly what her tenants (and future tenants) needs are!! I was debating the location proximity to my work, some of the less positive reviews I investigated and Jennifer made me look way past and made the final decision

I was searching for a place to live after relocating from out of state. Prior to moving here, I had never stepped foot in Colorado, which makes apartment searching that much more challenging. The new staff (leasing and maintenance) at Gateway has excellent customer service and ensured that I was able to secure a virtual tour. I worked specifically with Natalie who has been great from beginning to end. Natalie went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered via phone and even provided a live virtual tour of the property, floor plans, and surrounding areas. This place is brand new beautiful and well put together as well as beautifully decorated. The views are amazing if you can't see the skyline of Denver you can see the mountains or both and it's right next to the light rail for easy access no matter where you want to go. The apartments are also amazing and nice and large for families. The girls that work there are so respectful down to earth and appreciative of you that it is refreshing. Our experience was particularly with Starr and her attitude and appreciation was everything we were looking for after dealing with so many difficult managers

My boyfriend and I just moved in on Tuesday and we couldn't be happier. The move in and application process were so easy and the staff was so helpful. We have a new puppy who is adjusting to his new home and not only have they loved on him but they even offered to watch him if we ever need to go anywhere without him! The complex is amazing and all of our neighbors are great! Star and Katie have been so amazing and they made us feel right at home! :)

I love Gateway Arvada Ridge. The first time I looked at the apartment I felt right at home. I moved here from Florida. Katie and Star from the leasing office helped me with everything from choosing the right apartment through the moving process. They are both amazing and loving people and they always try to go above and beyond to make you happy. My questions and concerns were always addressed. The apartments are beautiful and nicely designed. The location couldn't be more perfect, with easy highway access to I-70 and public transportation. The new light rail station is only a 2-minute walk

We toured these apartments today and, overall, were impressed. We toured both the A1 & A2 apartments in a partially finished building. Both apartments had lovely kitchens with nice finishes (backsplashes and cabinet options!), but everything felt like it has been finished hastily. The community itself is really just getting off the ground - we were told there is currently only one resident. The gorgeous clubhouse is complete, but the pool and grill area is still under construction and due to be completed by summertime. Overall, we felt the place was too new for us. We were not keen to navigate
