Writing in part because the recent review I saw on here was ridiculous and the others are years old. When moving in they very clearly told us that after 6 PM they use a tow company to remove unregistered vehicles, but that there is guest parking on the east side of the complex. They actually gave us a map and highlighted where the guest spots were and they're clearly marked. I agree that there's not enough parking for residents, because they built too many garages (for $75 a month, it's really just there to shelter your car and give you a guaranteed spot, no storage). Whatever you do, don't move here. The parking is completely inadequate for the number of residents, and my boyfriend often has to park in the K-mart parking lot over half a mile away, across 58th Ave. Many of the parking spaces they do have are not standard size, anyway. Tonight, I was over there, visiting, watching TV for two hours, and when I went to get in my vehicle, it was gone. Towed. There are no designated visitor parking spaces, and no signs indicating residents only, yet you're held to some policy that is not posted. It's a crap shoot, apparently. $314 to get my vehicle

Don't live on the first floor. They have cut every corner possible with construction. Parking is a nightmare. Pool is a joke (under construction all summer). My apt has flooded. Diapers in the parking lot. Overheard some pretty awful things being said by the lady in charge of the place while I was trying to pay rent a few months ago. They were having a meeting and refused to acknowledge my existence. Wouldn't answer the door. Oh well! The rest of the staff have been great.

It will start our fine, but end horribly.

My husband and I were new to Colorado. We rented short-term at Panorama while we looked for a home in the area. BIG mistake! The leasing agents were nice but when we were leaving, it all changed. The refused to give us our deposit back even though we had only been there three months. They even used false photos to "prove" we owed them the deposit. I don't know whose apartment that was, but it certainly was not mine. Even though we had photos to the contrary, they wouldn't budge. We could not get an address of where we could
