We had to change pediatricians because their admin staff consistently would botch routine follow up actions. Many hours of stress with a newborn trying to get them to just do the basics of patient care like taking tests correctly. The providers are nice enough, but if you’re stressed with a new baby, go somewhere else.

We were excited about Greenfield since it's considered "concierge" care. However, it was probably the worst care we've ever received. We pay a fee, like a subscription, every month for the service. The doctor we had was quite condescending. He wasn't listening. When we questioned his care plan, he picked up a sarcastic tone and mocked us. We've brought it up to the manager but were told we need to find a way to work with that provider. Not sure if they care about patients. We were able to meet with another provider who confirmed that the previous care plan from Greenfield was not appropriate.

Outstanding service. Outstanding care. I’ve moved several times in my life (NYC, Chicago) and have had many doctors over the years. Dr. Horner at Greenfield Health is the best I’ve ever experienced. Knowledgeable, patient and committed. As a busy healthcare professional myself and a 43 y/o father of 3, I find the ‘appointments within 48 hours’ offered here essential to managing life and having piece of mind in a hectic world. The entire staff is friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend Greenfield for the needs of individuals and families.

My husband, teenage daughter and myself followed our physician when she moved to GreenField Health. We were excited about the "concierge" style of medicine, and didn't mind that it would cost the extra monthly charge for what they told us we would be getting. First they sent needed us to fill out all the new patient paperwork, no problem, but when we went in for our first appointments, they couldn't find all the forms we filled out, so we did them again. I'm disapointed with Greenfield as every time we needed to get in to see our doctor, she never had any appointments available. Also, I have an
