Thank you Tom for getting my brand new dishwasher installed so quickly. I would have been happy with anything other than washing all dishes after every meal by hand. I really appreciate the consistency of how quick and courteous you always are. In the past we've had some turmoil with the old maintenance crew, I am completely satisfied with the new staff, they certainly made the right decision to hire you here at Palmera Pointe.

I do not recommend renting here. They steal your deposit money. Even if you leave the unit in good standards. They kept my daughters $800 and my $600. So many excuses as to they mailed it to the apartment I moved out of as if that makes sense. Than they mailed it to my address a month ago still nothing. I have resulted to reporting this company to the Better Business Bearu for all I know the office people stole it. They are very unprofessional.

Wonderful place to live beautiful condominiums , the office staff LYDIA & KIOMI are really great. very welcoming with awesome personalities love them both. the place is just overall beautiful you would love waking up to the most beautiful sunshine coming from your window or balcony ever in Florida đź’™ my family loves waking up every day especially ,the kids just to go the pool or the play ground we really love it here .

Worst management ever!! 1 star is actually being generous…. This is the most disorganized apartment complex I’ve ever seen! They never answer the phone don’t answer emails expect about a week later just not a proper way to run a business let alone people homes.. they definitely don’t care half of Victoria did when I was moving in!

My back patio is broken and they have it boarded up it’s been like that since I moved in from my apartment burning down in the same complex so I asked when are they going to fix it (it’s been 6 months) they aren’t sure by definitely not in the next year is what the HOA told me.. mind you I pay the same rent as everyone else that has a patio. Not to mention the wood is disgusting looking and makes the apartment looks trashy. So I get a note on my door about a chair on my back patio but I’ll what am I supposed to do throw away my furniture because they don’t want to fix my patio? HELP PLZâ€

This complex has horrible safety issues. Loose stairs, balconies that have to have a pile put under them to keep from falling. The pool water is green and you can see nasty looking stuff floating in it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They seem to be working on fixing things but they let it deteriorate to far before they started.

Loved the fact that ms Lydia was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering all of our questions. She even offered to show us around and we didn't expect that. She was very professional. It's a blessing to have people like her who know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable because other places make you feel like you're a number and she didn't. Thank you I'll be moving here soon

Been here since May. Never had any issues. When I put in a maintenance request it’s done the same day or the day after. The office staff and Victoria is great as well. I love the parking in front of your home. Neighbors stay to their self’s. As far as my apartment I love the townhome feel for a reasonable price. Never seen any pest in my home and I still have requested and pest control.
