DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They will scam and steal your money! I lived in building 221 (unit 201) owned by Seedy Keita!!!! I moved out over a year ago and they still refuse to pay my security deposit back although the owner & HOA members said I left the apartment in great condition. (Even paid for updates out of my own pocket since I couldn’t get anyone else to) The owner Seedy & Property manager Geoff Tomilson are THIEFS! Do NOT trust people here. The owner hired the property manager (Geoff) who never responded and left us without a properly working air condition for 8 months. This place is a dumb

In 2006 we purchased our first Condo at Park lakes and have loved living here. Since our first purchase we have bought, lived and sold 2 other condos (with great equity!) Upgrading every time. Other than having everything within walking distance, i.e...Grocery stores, pharmacy, Hospitals, Malls, Beauty salons, community library, Dr's offices, gas stations etc...The property is beautiful with Large oak trees and lush landscaping, tennis court, raquetball court, fitness center, billiards room, a great swimming pool which is always kept clean and the lake area is beautiful with so much display of
