I was really exited to move to this place, I been living here for three months now and there is always a problem with the parking lots, I go to school at night and by the time I get home I have no where to park, the least they can do is list the apartment numbers on the parking lots that way we all have where to park even if we get home at 10:30pm , I can't wait for my lease to be over if I ever knew this place was like these I would never moved here.

It is a great place to live value wise and location. Just wish there were more people on the maintenance team so they are not overloaded all the time. There are no issues with their scheduling and Lincoln Properties is investing heavily into the place from what I am seeing but having a few more maintenance people would be beneficial to help speed some of the renovations along and reduce the workload a little bit for the maintenance team already here. Meridian Luxury has been my home for the past 3 years. The property is nice, the residents are quiet and keep to themselves, a lot of families in the community. There's never any violence or disturbances. Its quite a please to reside here. The community is pet friendly as well so fur babies are welcome. I'm happy here and continue to stay.

I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment close to the leasing office and pool for about five years. Its a great little community close to shops, restaurants, upper Tampa Bay trail and very easy access to Veterans highway.
My neighbors were super friendly and always very respectful. The neighborhood definitely has a small community vibe, great place to live.
Over the five years that I lived there I rarely had any issues but when something did come up, the team in the front office took care of it immediately. The response time to any type of maintenance issue, emergency or just general questions was always

I lived in Meridiam Condominium Luxury for 3 years. The condo is located 1 or 2 minutes from shops, food places and banks, but the best thing is that it is a quiet, safe, clean place and the neighbors are friendly. I want to thank the people in the office for their prompt attention and solutions at all times, thank you very much!

So I think it depends on perspective . Location and price wise this is the best but you must make sure you get a good deal here . We got a 1bhk for 750.
One lady in the leasing office used to complain about other landlords but others are sweet and I don’t even see her these days
Community is safe and just like other communities near by . The pool doesn’t have a bathroom and I’ve seen many people coming with beer etc in the pool So I think a restroom is surely needed
Our rent deposit of one month was not returned citing phony reasons after they understood we are leaving the country so just

I’ve been living here for 4 years and I can honestly say that given it’s a small community it helps give the tenant/ management experience more of a dedicated family feel. I’ve had fewer issues than most from what I’ve read on the previous reviews but even with my minor issues the management has always kept consistency with their communication and resolved the issues with a quick turn around time. There are a variety of people and culture here and rarely do you hear conflict or have discomfort due to loud neighbors or noice. The children or kids here are easily recognized and again since

This community was my home for two years.
Complex is relatively quiet. None of my neighbors bother me and I live in a great location (IMO). This complex is tucked away in a neighborhood, the only traffic I've ever had to deal with personally is coming out of the neighborhood in the morning because there's a school zone a light away that tends to back up.
I have rented two different units in the complex. My first one was a 1/1 in the middle of the complex and my second was a 2/2 closer to the front.
My first unit was cute but kinda weird. Found out one of my drawers was being
