When we first moved in management was amazing unfortunately they manager and Assistan manager ended up moving out of state for better opportunities. the replacement manager appeared good at first but then began dismissing any of our concerns.
*Someone was on our roof and banged on our balcony window as well as the office window. We lived on the 4th floor and for some reason people could access the apartment roof tops by jumping a short wall on the 5th floor of the parking lot that goes above the apartment height. This someone access to all the back windows and balcony doors to the 4th floor. I

I've lived at Allure for quite a while and I can't say enough about how great and professional the management staff is. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that is residents have been safe and comfortable as possible during this pandemic. Also, the maintenance team is very responsive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

My husband and I have been here about 3 months and love it. Its so quiet, clean, and management is very attentive. We have dogs and its great that its so dog friendly here! Great place to live.

After living here for 6 months i DEFINITELY understand the bad reviews here. This community is a JOKE. Water is shut off every other day for HVAC repairs, this is supposed to be a "smoke free" community, yet the fire alarms go off every damn day because the whole community smokes. THEY TOW YOUR CAR WITHOUT warning, and you are expected to pay $400 to get it out . We pay ENTIRELY too much rent at these apartments to deal with the crap that goes on here. More than a month ago my wife spoke to the office manager from allure. She promised they would mail out our holding deposit from the state of Texas. And we still haven’t received. Very unprofessional of her and for not calling us to follow-up. She says the post office is behind yet we receive mail everyday. Please don’t rent from company like this.

I will give it a 0 if I could. The guy who takes care of live chat booked a virtual tour next day for us necause we are still out-of-state so we wouldn't be able to make an onsite tour. Then I received a reminder from the property team for a tour on-site?! I have no idea what are these people thinking. If your property team cannot commit a virtual tour to a prospect, please train your live chat agents properly. No customer service at all.

I am not their competitor , i was a great tenant every place i moved , i am in one of the profession that travel a lot . Move city to city and oversea still this day 2021 updated , Erica and her dog servant Karen is the champion of horrible service. At first they were nice human being but soon after , you will review of how evil these two baitches are. That's big part of the reason why this trash place that set up like hotel like got tons of horrible review !!! Be aware people

Now over 12 months since gate call box has been down! Get it together Allure... I've hit up the office only to be told atnt will be coming out to fix it? AT&T is a joke and so is the ongoing problems here at allure. Also forgot to mention the broken package delivery system they have going here. Packages deliverd straight to door! Give me a break! Package is stolen every month. You pay high price to live in a sub-par complex. Absolutely no security.

The Apartment they showed us that was supposed to be finished was absolutely DISGUSTING!! Not only was the apartment disgusting, but so was Amanda's attitude. She was EXTREMELY rude, started bashing the other apartments next door and was just completely UNPROFESSIONAL. It didn't help that the you could smell the alcohol off of the other woman who I guess was the Assistant manager. DO NOT RENT HERE!! The apartments next door are waaaayyyy better and they are way more professional. Danesh was the only professional and kind person there.

The customer service here outside of Dinesh, is absolutely horrible. We decided to cancel our application because the apartment we rented was absolutely disgusting. In trying to figure out how the deposit will get refunded , Amanda was quick to provide me with smart a** comments instead of simply answering my question. Not to mention she provided negative feedback about a near property. Another lady possibly a manager was in there also, and smelled of alcohol and was obviously slurring her words.

Disappointing to have to deal with this type of treatment but glad to have gotten out before it was

I was so close in moving in here. I don't blame the company but the residents that live at allure are filthy .. dog owners let their dogs pee every where. It smells horrible walking around your home surroundings. After we said no to moving in. They took about 3 months to return my money for a Check. During this pandemic we were in need of that currency ...

Allure is definitely an amazing place to live and I would recommend it. The rooms are spacious, you have guaranteed parking, the amenities are very nice and remodeled, staff is nice and always willing to help , the neighborhood is good. It’s central to most things. You are right by the freeway so easy access to everywhere. If I could live here forever I would! Amazing place! if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

When visiting a sister property, the leasing agent suggested I look at the Allure. She called the Allure leasing office and was told they were available to give me a tour. When I arrived at the Allure, the concierge was expecting me and gave me paperwork to fill out. He said that the leasing agent would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, I asked if he knew when the leasing agent would be coming. The leasing agent working today (don't know his name and don't care to know) began another apartment tour for somebody else at the same time that our apartment tour was scheduled to begin at 3:00pm. He would not let my roommate and I wait in the leasing office waiting area, and made us wait outside the building. A person in that job is supposed to be welcoming and accommodating to future tenants, and is also supposed to be a representative of what this home environment stands for He absolutely was not. Living at Allure is fine. It's not great, it's not terrible. It's just fine. The location was the main perk for us. We're walkers, so being in such close proximity to the River Trail, Shopping, Angel Stadium and Disneyland was a big plus. But that's pretty much where the upside ends.

Smoking: The complex is nonsmoking, however very few people follow this rule - especially weed smokers. I often found myself wondering what the new tenant screening process entailed.

Renter BEWARE! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere. I would give them zero stars. They always point the finger, it's never their responsibility to take, basically. It's shameful how they treat & speak to their tenants.

This is the temporary solution they offered me until my A/C gets fixed next week. Am I wrong for being upset & thinking it's ludicrous for them to expect me to always have my door open for this option!? Living on the 1st floor, you can imagine that I'm less than drilled to have doors & windows open at night or when I'm
