I’ve been to this locations three times over the course of a couple of years and each time was a great experience. The estheticians (I received service from Felicia and Logan) provided friendly conversation, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel very comfortable with each experience. I highly recommend this business.

LOGAN IS HEAVEN SENT!
I was searching for a new wax lady and then I found Logan. She is truly the best wax technician I have ever had - she is patient, quick, efficient and has worked with me to clear my skin and taught me so many things about ingrown hairs. I wont go to anyone else except her.

I've gone to MSI once and got a wax treatment where A LOT of my hair was not removed by the root, thus I had plenty of hair growth the very next day, as if I had shaved instead of waxed. When I called to cancel my next appointment (a month later), the aesthetician called me back and way more aggressive than she was understanding. I can say that during my wax, she was very personable and easy to work with overall. The other staff was sufficiently

I have been coming to MSI studio since June 2014 and it was the best decision I've made! I've gone to other places but noting compares to this business. The service is great. Ancill does a wonderful job waxing and makes sure you feel comfortable (painless as possible and no double dipping). She is knowledgeable of how to take care of your skin before and after waxing.The location is perfect as it is right across from the Eastern Market metro. I would truly recommend giving MSI studio a try. Once you do you'll keep coming back.
