Love, love, LOVE being a Prmp girl!!! My Girl Ashley always come through with the excellent customer service. My appointment is always on time, the Efficient service, (especially for us stay at home moms who are on a time crunch) 😄 my girl cleaned me up and got me out of there in no time, all while making me laugh and super comfortable. Where do I start? I have been a PRMP Girl for almost 5 years now! I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING about this Place! From the many different services offered, to the Staff (love me some Ashley) to my amazing Brows! (love me some Nicole). Recently, Tiffany has done my brows the last two visits, and I’m sorry Nicky… but… I’m in Love! Lol! You will be satisfied with any service with any staff person! I’ma stick beside ‘em!

BEWARE! Their cancellation policy takes advantage of people - bottom line. It’s on their booking website; get acquainted with it and let it settle. Little grace is given. You can’t cancel your appointment within 24 hours without being charged (but you can certainly book an appointment within less than 24 hours because they want the money). If you cancel last minute they charge you full price despite your canceling circumstances - it can be a death and no one cares. Grace is the key word. I am a new forever customer at PRMP! My new client brow experience was the highlight of my Mother’s Day weekend. After finding them on Instagram I figured I would give them a try. For starters their COVID guidelines are the best I have seen. I was even required to wipe down my keys and my phone upon entry. Nicole began my service by giving me a tour of the studio. Best wax and eyebrow service I've ever received!! Ashley is the sweetest and treated me like a five star client. My Brazilian was pain free and she took special care to ensure the perfect wax option was chosen for me and my needs. My brows were shaped perfectly. I walked away smooth and fresh, ready for the new year! Ramona was so kind and made my check in & check out experience so seamless and safe with EVERY Covid precaution taken. You won't regret going here!! I got my first ever Brazilian wax with Ashley and I'm so happy I found her, she's amazing! Very thorough and informative, she'll be able to answer all your questions and customize your service based on your skin's needs. One time in an emergency I had to get waxed somewhere else and it was horrible - very painful and I got ingrown hairs that left scarring which I have never experienced at PRMP with Ashley! With our every changing times, PRMP is doing its part to ensure clients are not only safe, comfortable, and absolutely slaying with our brows. Ramona ensured to call and reschedule my missed appointment due to quarantine. I was also able to get an earlier appointment by booking with Ashley. The studio was practically empty upon arrival with spacious areas for each artist to work. I was asked to sanitize my phone, wallet, and credit card and place them in a clear bin then from there I washed my hands in the powder room.

I made the appointment online which requires putting your credit card to book your time slot, the appointment was declined 7 days after booking via email. Two calls and voicemails later, With no responses I started doubting the raving reviews about this place. It is a failed business 101 course already.

This had to have been the best Beauty Salon experience I've ever had. Everyone in the salon spoke and was very kind and friendly. They offered me tea which helped me unwind from my stressful morning. The ambience was very relaxing and the music was on point! I was given a tour of the salon and then Nichole attended to me personally. She was able to give me the best brow slay I've ever had. In the end I kinda considered moving in but idk how they would feel about that. Hahahaha

I found PRMP through Yelp, and am thrilled that I did. I had it bookmarked for a while, and I regret that it took me so long to visit. Finding someone who does great brows is difficult in this area. Nicole and her team are fantastic. She creates amazing brows and is quite talented. Ramona is so friendly and helpful. I recently met Ashley, and she was really nice.
