We had our wedding ceremony at oasis, and this place has given us innumerable memories to cherish. It started with a phone call with one of their organizers Nirav. In the first call itself, Nirav was absolutely thorough in providing us info about the place, pricing packages etc and invited us for a tour of the place. We went to oasis and got a tour of their multiple banquets. Nirav spent a good amount of time with us patiently giving us a walkthrough of everything including packages, pricing, food, decor etc. Honestly, this was the first place we visited and we fell in love with the place and level

We had two events here - wedding and sangeet
The event went well because we had extremely understanding guests. From the venue side there were a lot of glitches.

1. Aloo tikki was served in place of hara bhara kabab
2. Ras malai was said to be spoiled after lunch was served. They should have at least informed us before the event started Or got the promised dessert from outside. They did not even ask us what it should be replaced with , they just served whatever they had. Resulted in same dessert both days
3. Refills for the food were not done on time, we had to be on top of it

Recently threw a party at Oasis and had my fingers crossed until the very end. Planning experience was a bit of a nightmare. Remember you are working with a staff/management that has only 1 goal - how to milk money from this customer even at the expense of lying blatantly that your booked hall was given away to another customer. Now you have no choice but to pay more for another hall which of course on the party day we realized that the previous hall was still available. It gets worse if you want to do your own decorations and are party planner type of person. Your patience will be continually

I would not call this a palace, more like a place that serves rotten food. I was there last night with an open buffet and almost every thing tasted old and stale. This morning I am sick with bad stomach pain

Scam. Not at all a good management. Typical mentality to loot customers by fake promises. Nirav bhai is a scam person.
The thing is they might seem cheaper than other venues, but they are not at all worth it. Unclean bathrooms, no professionalism, no management. The reason they give us is that their employees are new. And the last word from them is SORRY.
They will change the sweet dishes on the day telling that it’s spoiled because they wanna save money.
During bride entry the music system failed and we had to play music on phone.

Recently attended a Cotillion at this event place. Although the inside looks nice, the outside is a shopping mall strip and is quite dicey. Parking lot is riddled with broken bottles, possible remnants of party gone wild and out of control. Anyway, the inside was carved out into two venues. I believe the one we were in was the larger of the two. High ceilings, white tiled flooring that could be very slippery when wet. The shared restrooms were unkept during the dual event. Definitely a slip hazard. As you egress out of the main hall, you're literally on top of the second one. Weird. Anyway, I believe

This is one of the best banquet hall in town. We did my husbands 40th birthday celebration and it turned out to be so amazing. Awesome food, just out of the world decor and great staff. Nirav helped me throw out the decor planning and did high custom decor based on the theme. I would highly recommend Oasis Palace and would myself comeback for any celebration. This place is run by a bunch of people who are disorganized and money hungry. Take your money else where!! I had my baby shower today and they made the entire event a nightmare! We booked with a woman who provided verbal confirmation for chargers and acrylic chairs. My mother-in-law and I even came in a couple days before to confirm with Mike that everything was fine and there were no discrepancies. Mike validated everything and took my final payment the few days prior. Now, the day of my event, the hall provides different color napkins than what was in my contract. We had to fight them to change

We celebrated our wedding event here on 15th October. We loved this place and Nirav was very friendly before wedding and during wedding. The reason why i gave 3 stars is We forgot few items in that hall during our wedding and we called ,asked them for the items and sent pictures to Nirav and he told that he will check and respond back but I didn’t hear back from him. He is will never neglect anything but he might be busy too. Anyways thank you, I would love to consider Oasis in future too.

We were very pleasant with our wedding event at Oasis. We had originally booked Oasis for a wedding g reception in September 2020. Due to covid we had to change that date 3 times and finally had a wedding ceremony there. During the event changes, it was a little bit of struggle to get a hold of Mike Patel (manager). We had to show up to the venue in order to get someone to talk to us. When we chose to have our wedding at Oasis we were skeptical of their ability to deliver the service since the wedding time at 6:30am. However, we were so happy to be proven wrong.

Well I wouldn't even give it one star if I could MIKE the owner is a terrible person rude and a crook he tried cheating me out of Options that I already paid for and last min switched the food on me make sure u have everything in Writing and keep ur contract he quoted me one price and then overcharged me after There word means nothing Service is horrible. Place is pretty but that's about it

The owner Mike Patel is rude, unprofessional, and provides misleading information. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not to mention the food is probably one of the most distasteful food I've ever ate. I've attended multiple events here and I don't know how they manage to degrade their service and food EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Came here for our wedding reception this past weekend, and we were a little hesitant on proceeding with them. We spoke to about 4 different DJs and they all told us there have been noise complaints in the past. Despite this we still took Mike's word, he said they renovated and noise isn't an issue anymore, and proceeded. EVERYTHING about our reception went phenomenal! The decor was all done in house by Nirav, who did an awesome job! We have a great experience here and so did ALL of our guests. Nirav definitely went above and beyond to make our special night really special. I would highly

We had great experience for our Baby Shower at Oasis.
The food was amazing given that it was Jain diet with few Vegan items.
Nirav help a lot with decoration.
He recommended so many things and also was personally there to make sure all the setup is going well. He stayed up late to help out late night decoration for next day. The decoration looked something out of magazine thanks to Nirav and my wife's vision.

I attended a wedding reception here on 7/17/2021It was my first time attending an event here,It's just a very beautiful Venue. Foods was cooked perfectly. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Restrooms are very clean and taking good care of. Big parking lot too. I would highly recommend this Venue.

I recently reserved one of their halls for my brother's graduation and I have to say Mike (the manager) and Nirav (the decorator) really went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly!
My advice to you, when it comes to the decorations, after you tell Nirav what you're looking for, trust his instincts: if he recommends something or is particular about something there's a REALLY good reason for it. He has an amazing eye for decorating and challenging him will only make your party's aesthetic worse!

We hosted our Baby shower event here and we had a great time right from decoration to food to music system to services. Had first meeting with Nick and he was kind & generous enough to walk us through different options we had in terms of halls/packages available. He toured us through different halls showing what is offered (lighting, chairs, tables, chandeliers, etc.) He didn't rush us to make any decisions. We gave a thought and came back a day or two later to confirm the event. He is very responsive and provides detailed info on anything you ask for. He also offered us to do food tasting

This is my second time using oasis palace. It a great place to create wonderful memories. The party was just as imagined. The food was the best part, all my guest loved the food, there is help throughout your party.
I really did enjoy working with Nerav. He exactly understand n delivers what you need. He made did everything to accommodate any kind of changes I have requested him.

Now in the age of COVID I think they are trying to reinvent themselves with their take out food. They recently had a promotion for buy one get one free items off the menu. I ordered their Chili Paneer and Chicken 65 to take to a family event. The flavor was really good but it was too oily (a good half cup of oil left once we finished the chicken. On another day I ordered pakoras, samosa chaat, papdi chaat, and mirchi pakora

We have been wanting to try this place for some time. We had been to Kids Castle (their previous venture) and used to love their pizzas.
They don't have a menu on their own website. So had to order using a third-party link.
The management and staff are very friendly. We ordered 3 different pizzas (all Indian style) and Daal Makhani. The food was nice. Our guests also loved pizzas.
