Count on Premier Property Solutions to handle payment of all association bills in a timely manner. All bills are reviewed for accuracy and detail. Bills over a certain limit, usually non-operating bills, are paid only after the Board's approval and sign off on the work rendered. In addition, we also prepare the annual budget and manage the association within budgetary limitations to help avoid unforeseen special assessments.

Thank you for continuing to manage my condo association with careful diligence Premier! My building is always kept clean, well maintained, and running smoothly. Living in Boston, you want a property manager you can trust. Premier is the exact opposite of that. We have a condo building in Allston, and I can't tell you how amazing it was to finally switch companies. Finally some relief - it was such a pain dealing with these clowns

They charged us for maintenance that we didn't request or need, at 5x the going rate. Finding a place in Boston is always a challenge. Finding a property manager can be as well. At least by avoiding Premier you'll get off to a good start.

Our apartment building has deteriorated into a broken down, rat infested, untenable situation over the last 5 years. Premier won’t return our calls, they won’t do anything, they just don’t care. We’ve made hundreds of calls, sent countless emails, and heard NOTHING. Meanwhile they still steal a management fee. This is unconscionable and they clearly don’t care about people. Legal action is the only recourse. This company is the WORST and everyone needs to know.

This company must only be good for managing building in the city because on the south shore they are the worst!! No communication and very unorganized and the Vice President is very unprofessional hopefully where we live we choose another company to manage the day to day issues

Positive: Professionalism
Prompt communication, hardworking techs, and great building maintenance. My apartment has had one major water leak so far, when I called maintenance the issue was handled promptly and efficiently. Building manager is friendly and makes the community feel connected. Would recommend to anyone with either big or small condo associations.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY RENTING FROM PREMIER PROPERTY! The conditions of the apartment complex and units are unacceptable and the customer service is even worse. Property management does NOT uphold their end of the lease contract and they play hot potato with phone calls and emails, often never even following up on reasonable issues, nevermind in a timely manner. The rare occasion someone DOES answer, they are rude, short, and unhelpful.
My ceiling has been leaking for at least 36 hours and I have yet to even get a call back from maintenance. The SAFETY LICENSE for the ELEVATOR

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Refuses to communicate on any issue regarding safety or health of the tenants. Only reaches out if they are trying to charge you a fine for something miscellaneous. They do not have any grounds to their laws.

Staff in entirely incompetent and lazy unless it involves charging you money. They left a fire hazard in our apartment for 3+ months despite multiple complaints.

Premier was my condo Assocation's property manager for 18 months. Over that time, they ran our Association into the ground. They actively looked to exploit and upcharge us for their services. They charged exorbitant amounts for maintenance services, which violated our contract terms because they charged well over our agreed upon condo budget without first getting our approval. We had four different points of contact over the course of our relationship. They were unprofessional and poor communicators as well. I recommend that you stay far away. I am currently a tenant in one of the buildings "managed" by this company.

The conditions are absolutely horrific in this building. There are homeless people sleeping in the entryway, trash scattered about all the common areas, on all floors. The paint is peeling off the walls, every surface is absolutely filthy, and during my 6 months renting here I have NEVER seen anyone come into clean.

Most importantly, we have seen the temperature drop to 20 degrees at night and THE HEAT HAS NOT BEEN TURNED ON IN MY UNIT. I've had to stay elsewhere the last few weeks because my unit is so

I lived in a "Premier" building from 2017-2019. If I could give zero stars, I would. Here are the reasons why:

-Nearly impossible to get in contact with property managers. They seem to be very phone-averse, and didn't respond to emails. When we did get in contact with them, they were defensive, agitated, passive aggressive, and unsympathetic.
-Alcoholic beverages were stolen from our fridge during a maintenance visit.
-Hallways and stairwells were in constant disrepair. Flickering lights, broken windows, trash, holes in the ceiling, peeling/stained carpets.
-No smoking rule

I had lived in an apartment complex they managed and it was absolutely unforgivable. They wouldn't fix any of the issues and kept taking money off the tenants without fixing anything. On several occasions, we had been stripped of extensive amounts of money that they explained would go to "help make the building better." Premier property ignored condos with pressing issues and instead made up rules to get more money out of all the tenants, I would absolutely not recommend working with them in anyway.

If I could give negative stars I would. Just moved out of my condo in a building run by these clowns. They are rude at best, incompetent, not in the least bit helpful and bordeline unethical. Catherine and John were not capable of helping in any capacity. Emails not returned, answers not given to the point where I was beyond frustrated. I could go on and on. I would strongly advise against anyone using this company. Horrible is an understatement.

These reviews are spot on.....

Horrible, and unethical.

They make up condo laws on the fly.
They left several units with out heat..
They don't respond.
No annual meetings.
They do the bare minimum.
They not properly maintain our building.
They won't have a meeting to elect trustee.
They are argumentative.
They managed the budget poorly.
They do not perform maintenance properly.
Bill Dempsey tries to pass the buck.
They can alleviate many of these issues by assessing concerns with a meeting.

The contractors they send are incompetent.
After giving them a chance, we pulled out after 9 years.

Horrible, unethical, no integrity. They do the bare minimum and did not properly maintain our building. They are also argumentative and not helpful when needed. They managed the budget poorly, and as a result would not perform maintenance properly. I had damage to my unit due to a common area issue and the manager, Bill Dempsey, would provide negative 'not my problem' responses when I would request information like, 'Can you tell me what happened so I can inform the insurance company?' Absolutely shameful. At one point the electric company put a notice under all the doors

Let me start by saying I almost never post reviews, but I'm making an exception for Premier Property Solutions

Avoid this company at all costs. Dealing with PPS has been an absolute nightmare. Horrible communication, late delivering rent owed, extremely shoddy repairs, and unprofessional in every sense of the word.

If you're looking for a company to manage your property, look elsewhere.
