If I could give lower than a single star I would. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for.
I have owned my property for 10 years and at one point was on the board for my building too. Scott is unresponsive, pitches people against each other, doesn't handle anything in a timely or professional manner, play favorites, and doesn't adhere to the items as defined in the agreement with Affinity or with a condo's by laws. It's been 3 years since we had a building meeting and it is supposed to be annual. He has allowed for one owner to harass multiple owners and does nothing about it. We had a

Absolutely terrible property manager, whatever you do, do not do business with this company. They completely messed up a repair, requiring 4 different visits over 2 months with little or no noice. Additionally, the building will try to bill for fees that were never disclosed to tenants, including move in and move out fees for hundreds of dollars.
It's clear based on the communications that the company does not care about building a relationship with tenants, and goes out of its way to be particularly mean-spirited, choosing to attempt to extract as much money from tenants rather than resolve issues

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Here're a few examples of how useless and unprofessional this company is:
Charging Fee without Notice: While I have been communicating with the property manager regarding the sales of my condo, NO ONE EVER told us about the move out fee and procedure. They proceed to charge us a penalty without letting us know any of the move our procedure.
Horrible communication: One of the Affinity Realty contact William left the job, and NONE OF THE OWNER were informed. I was sending emails to an unused email address for awhile until my doorman told me that William has already

Where do I even begin? I implore any individual or company to avoid Affinity at all costs. Scott, our property manager, is essentially useless. You can call him over and over again and he will never pick up the phone, unless of course you require his assistance with something you’ll be financially responsible for, then they are very prompt.
When it came time to sell my unit, I ordered my forms from Affinity that were necessary to close on my condo sale. I ordered them 4 weeks prior to my closing date. For Affinity, all they needed to do was press Print and sign the form. With one week left until

Extremely incompetent property management. Called the property manager over a period of two weeks, left numerous voicemails, e-mails, and messages through the online portal and NEVER received any call back. Had to call Affinity to get my question answered by customer service because the property manager obviously does not have their head on straight. I let customer service know how disappointed I was and how unprofessional it was for the property manager to not give me a call back and they could have cared less.

Our condo association utilized the Holbrook location for years. Nightmare! They were impossible to reach, they never followed through, their on call service would often argue around sending somebody out during emergencies, including serious flooding and a deceased person in our building with no family . We had to inquire around major concerns such as the year we had record snow and we were concerned about our roof collapsing and questioned if possibly we should hire someone to shovel our roof... They took months and months to resolve basic insurance claims. I often wondered if the two girls at

Very bad service.
We use their services year and half and during this time they did not resolve a single issues. Last one was couple days ago: we got a lot of snow on the roof and this caused our windows to spring a leak. We reported the problem immediately with detail information and pictures. But it took as two night and two days of arguing and calls before they hired contractors to clean our roof. During this time my husband had to stay home to deal with leaks and change buckets filling of water. As a result we have water damages to the plaster ceiling above the window, wet carpet floor, swollen
