I don’t recommend anyone to work with Direct-dispatch.com, this company seems to be in a very bad financial situation, it’s a big risk for your car. Here what happened to me. The full story:
I made an request on the website clearly mentioning Calabasas CA to Anchorage AK. I received a written quote #12162 at $1378 mentioning “Calabasas” to “Anchorage”. I accepted their offer at a rate of $1378 and paid the amount immediately. Another company sent me an offer for the same transport at an amount of $2405. It’s because I decided to use Direct-Dispatch.

Terrible experience with these guys. My wife set up an appt to have our car transported and received a confirmation. The driver was late the day of the pickup and we called many times to Direct Dispatch and never got a reply. Here we are 2 days later, our car wasn't picked up and didn't even get a follow up from Direct Dispatch.
We ended up calling Sherpa Auto Transport who were very professional and delivered the car on time.

Someone was supposed to pick up my car today! They don't answer the phones now, (which is a day after booking). David Vargas in particular hasn't answered my calls and the 800 number goes to voicemail. Tried getting help on FB but no one has called me. Where is the driver?!!! Update: it's now the next day, no driver ever showed up and no one called me. Literally they just disappeared.

This is the first time I ship a vehicle and was very pleased with the service and efficiency Auto-star provided. The quote was one of the most competitive one but in the first call with Marco I was convinced it was the best choice, and it was. Service was very honest, explaining all steps of the shipment and answering all questions I had. The driver arrived 2 days earlier and treated my vehicle with lot of care. The vehicle arrived 2 days earlier as expected and delivered the car without any complain at all.

HORRIBLE!! They said there were going to pick up my truck last WEEK! Not only have they not picked up my truck no call back, no follow up! NOTHING! The first excuse was that the Truck "broke down" in Provo which is 10 mins away from where I am and it would be fixed in 2 hours... well guess what 168 hours later still NOTHING! I would go somewhere else if you want something actually picked up!

I had an awful experience with this company around 6 months ago. We used them regularly for the last 2 years, transporting trucks for our dealership. About 6 months ago I scheduled a pickup for a vehicle we had purchased for a friend out of Ohio. We scheduled the pickup and even paid extra for it to be as quick as possible. I got nothing but the run around from multiple employees who said they were dispatching the vehicle. After over a week of them telling me the vehicle had been picked up, I called the auction and found out the vehicle was still present on the lot. They lied to me, kept holding

This Broker gave me a rate of $872 tio ship my vehicle, the rate they gave the driver $1,090, after the driver picked my vehicle from the dealer called me to be ready with the money of $1,090 or the vehicle will go to the storage, i called direct dispatch, they said they will refund me the difference , , till now is nothing from them , they lied so many times that the check is sent, after 4 weeks of calling them , the blocked all my phone numbers , no one will respond to my messages.

I was able to have my car transported in a matter of two days from South Florida to St. Louis, MO! Talk about fast! There wasn't a single hiccup and my driver was completely on top of things! He called me to let me know car would be dropped off ahead of time, so I could plan properly. He even called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was close! I wouldn't recommend any other company if you are looking for quality, affordable, and efficient transport!

They didn't call to give us any updates on the arrival time of the driver, even though we spoke with them multiple times days and days before the transport was scheduled. We confirmed with them a rush pick up. They not only didn't show when they said, they told us the driver was in the area but due to weather couldn't pick up until the next day. This company is a joke. Well I won't even call it a company. We called a month before to book a shipment from ca to nc. And they told us we will hear from the driver a day before . But that day came and nothing the day of shipment way the 16 and we didn't hear from them until night time and they asked us if we still needed the car shipped. Avoid. Joke of a company. Begs you for your business, says THEY ARE the trucking company, not a broker. Tells you vehicle will be picked up 1-2 days. A week later, the car is still sitting there. Wow... Absolutely worst experience ever!!!! Was told vehicle would be picked up Saturday, 11/5 at 10 am. Driver never showed. Call Direct dispatch to confirm driver was on their way and was told yes. Waited till after 3 o'clock p.m. and Driver never showed. We have called at least 15 times and either got hang up, voice mail, or put on hold for half an hour. Called Monday morning 11/7 am to cancel order. Was told it was cancelled and would receive cancellation email right away. Instead, I received a pickup confirmation instead with an increased price. I'm so so so happy with my experience with Direct Dispatch. I was originally using a broker (NEVER EVER AGAIN) and they completely screwed me over the day my car was suppose to get shipped out. Thankfully found Direct Dispatch and Jason was AWESOME! They got my car shipped out the very next day. My car got shipped from Charleston South Carolina to Sacramento California is arriving tomorrow afternoon. Can't thank them enough for the A1 service. If needed will def us them again.

Car was scheduled to pick up on Saturday from San Diego, CA and scheduled to be delivered on Thursday in Dallas, TX, nobody showed up so I called them and they didn't know why not. They were trying to call driver and he never picked up. Called next day and they told me today he will pick up. The guy showed up without a truck and actually drove my car to his office. I left my car at friends place only not show up again... Even 2 days after .. My quote price was increased for change in address...when they say about will get manager ...
