Had an amazing experience with American Car Transporters last week. We needed a fairly quick transport from Tx to Ut. I called a few companies Friday morning. Brett at American was by far the most helpful and honest about the process. He helped me navigate the differences in bids and got me the best deal available. There was a cancellation Friday afternoon and his quick response allowed us to get loaded Friday and delivered Sunday. Excellent experience!! Thanks Brett and thanks American Car Transporters!

I am a travel nurse and I’ve called Brett at the last minute to transport my car and he’s always been so pleasant and finds transport for me right away. He’s very accommodating and professional. My car has always been delivered on time and he picks good carriers so I don’t have to worry about my car being damaged. Brett’s my go to guys!!!

I worked with American Car Transporters when I moved cross-country 7 years ago and they were fantastic to work with - so much so that I called them again when I decided to come back to the other side of the country this year. No communication with transport company. Has no idea what is going on with your vehicle. Vehicle was not picked up on day it was scheduled to be picked up and I did not receive a call until the day the vehicle was scheduled to be delivered that it had not been picked up at all.

This was my first time shipping my car and I must say Mitch from American Car Transporters have been absolutely amazing to work with. Being that it was my first time, I was skeptical about using a broker after reading the reviews but he made me really comfortable with the process and did not call me or email me multiple times a week like the others. His communication throughout the process was great and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Sam helped me ship my Audi RS7 from Boston to Orlando in a CLOSED carrier for a great price! From setting up the time to pickup/delivery, the process was smooth and driver Igor was punctual, he arrived in Florida three days later. If you can be flexible on dates of pickup that is best. Would use again!
