We accepted an advertised offer to haul a load of cars for them. We did our part, on time and as promised. They will not pay the bill. We have made 28 contacts with never a return phone call. They promised they would call back, but never did. If you have an option, do not take a chance. Use someone else!

They have not responded after the money was transferred and wasted my time. I would have got my car transported as I wanted if I chose other transportation. Giving rating to it is also waste of time but I don’t want other people to waste their time on this transportation. I don’t know how the business is still running. The person I contacted is Anthony. I wish I get money for wasting my valuable time with this transportation

The communication started out pretty good about when I should ship my car so that it will be at my desire location when I arrive. My car showed up 10 days late. I kept getting different time and dates on when it should be there putting me mess up situations. When my car arrived I had damages to the inside of my car. This company inform me that they are not responsible for the interior of the car. Make a long story short they call the police on me and came but told the company it was nothing they could do. I would NEVER refer then to anyone because if there is damage cause by them they won't fix

I bought a truck from out of state and needed it picked up as soon as possible. I contacted Door to Door and Roy called me within 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, he had me scheduled for the pickup and delivery, and went over pricing with me. He called me the next day to let me know the driver was on his way to get the truck and what time he would arrive. The driver, Dominic, called me when he was about 3 hours away to let me know where he was and what time he would be arriving. He showed up on time, was very professional and my truck was in excellent condition. I was very skeptical hiring someone

Mikela with Door to Door Transport company LIED multiple times!
LIE #1 - Mikela said they are not a broker and advertise they’re a family owned car transportation company and the drivers are also their direct employees. The transport driver said he is a private owner/operator and is NOT an employee of Door to Door. He said he picked up our job from a job board advertisement placed by Door to Door.
LIE #2 – Mikela said I needed to pay half up front on a charge card and the remaining half would need to be given as cash to the driver upon delivery. She only charged a $295 deposit to my card

This is really a 0 star company! EXTREMELY unprofessional and unethical! They are THIEVES!!!! I have dealt with them years ago on 2 separate occasions. The first time was OK. They were actually early.
The second time, my belongings on the inside of my vehicle showed up disfigured, dirty, and my black leather boots were missing. When I noticed and tried to contact the drivers, they would not answer the phone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Consider yourself warned. ( when they see this they may try and change, but don’t trust them.) Door to Door, you ALL should be ashamed, and I hope karma
