Our family moved into outlook apartments about three years ago and they were ran by a different and much better management company, definitely not greystar. The first year and a half was fine, no issues with anything. Once they switch over to greystar, it became a mess. I’ll start out by saying that these apartments are cheaply built, if you sneeze too loud you’re probably going to get a complaint. The neighbors love to call security over the smallest things, it’s definitely their favorite pass time. We finally moved out, and we were getting settled into our new apartment and moving things

Im moving in with my boyfriend and this complex has made what is supposed to be a grueling move honestly the best! The customer service and assistance is PHENOMENAL! When my apartment wasn't ready yet they made it possible so i could look at one similar, when i called all 500 times asking questions and emailing 1000 times they always responded very quickly and are very communicative in every aspect of this move! Alexa has been the MOST helpful not to discredit Adam or Courtney, who have also been very nice and knowledgeable! The apartments are refinished and are absolutely IMMACULATE! I HIGHLY

I have to start by saying that I really like my apartment. Appliances work well, the kitchen is updated, the whole apartment looks nice. We moved in during the pandemic so we had to lease without seeing our unit (just in pictures) and I have to say that everything looks just like the photos. The insulation in my apartment is AMAZING! Not sure if this is the case for all units. But I haven’t had to turn on the heater once since moving in. Really pleased with my unit overall. Maintenance comes quick and has been very diligent, no issues with the staff.

Leasing staff need some serious attitude adjustments and should attend customer service trainings. I didn't know being a decent human being was so hard for some people. Never missed a bill or payment ever and anytime we needed management to address an issue they fell short and acted like you were the biggest inconvenience.
