Justin is the "go to" realtor for selling you home; you won't find a more knowledgeable one. He helped with every aspect of the sale and even took care of a few things that weren't his responsibility, which really helped us out. We interviewed multiple brokers, including Justin, and initially hired a team that was the top selling in our SF neighborhood, figuring they were a sure bet. I've just completed my second transaction with Justin. He sold my condo in the Mission last year and just helped me buy a condo in Noe. This second transaction happened extremely quickly and there was no room for error. Justin gave me GREAT advice on how to make the offer. Justin has represented me both on purchases and sells, he is extremely well connected so it not unusual that the properties get sold before they hit market plus he has access to off market properties that are brought up to him by sellers.
