I decided to go with High Performance after looking at a number of realtors. Michael Sabetti and the entire team at High Performance did an outstanding job. They came out and helped determine a good price on a rental property home that I was wanting to sell. Their marketing is second to none, we had 6 offers in two days on the market. Brian Boger and his team did an amazing job for me. Good ideas. Hard work. Willingness to flex. And good attention to details. They still are not aware that I was court ordered to sell the house in 90 days. Start to finish we pulled it off in a little over two months, even when I insisted on going in at a higher price than they initially proposed and we only ever got one buyer. It only takes one.

Upon choosing to sale my house we interviewed with Landon from High Performance Real Estate and set a plan in place. He came by to look at our house and priced it appropriately. He promised us we would get over our asking price and that is exactly what we did from every offer we received.
