Next Level Athletics has a number of different options available to you, as an athlete looking to improve your game or as an individual who wants to improve your overall health and well-being. From dedicated and tightly focused one-on-one training to our regularly scheduled group sessions, or a combination of both, we will tailor a plan for you that fits your exact requirements.
Services
Our philosophy is to help our clients make a transition from one level of fitness to the next level of fitness. We transition all types of athletes. Those who are just beginning an athletic career, those approaching the end of their athletic career, or those who are in a mid-career plateau and seeking a way to break out to a higher level.
Next Level Athletics and Personal Training has several experienced and dedicated fitness professionals on staff, ready to help you achieve your individual fitness goals and discover what you may not have thought possible in your personal performance. Semi-private is when a trainer has more than one client at the same time performing individualized workouts. Buddy session are sessions up to three clients are performing the same workout, share the same time slot and agreed to split the required rate for the session. Clients and Trainer must provide a 24 hour cancellation notice or they may be charged for the session.
Gaining as much information about our clients fitness level is vital in developing an effective program. At Next Level we offer a detailed assessment that will give us the necessary information to design a training program. Our assessment is broken down into three categories: Circumference Measurements, Body composition, and Performance Tests.
At Next Level we believe that functional development is just as important as athletic development. Athletes practice movements and techniques in order to perform more effectively. Next Level trainers are committed to training and teaching our clients functional movements that are required in everyday life.

Joe kicked my butt while encouraging me through the whole session and ensuring my safety! As an active individual, this was one of the best workouts I’ve had in awhile and it’s a bonus to support such an amazing local business! 5/5 would recommend coming here for an extra push and full body workout!

We have our boys soccer team going there (11-12 y/o) and it's so fun for the kids... he's personalized the training to their needs and physical abilities...... really excited to see the improvements to the kids endurance and agility.
