Body Temple Athletics (BTA) was started when Heidi Campo (owner) realized the power of camaraderie coupled with the discipline of strength training. Heidi discovered something very special within her while pursuing the sport of powerlifting. Heidi utilizes her extensive education to bring strength & conditioning to "everyday athletes."
Everyday athletes are focused on taking care of their bodies long-term; they understand that this doesn't include fad diets, or random workout plans, no matter how well intended. Our coaching staff now consists of four highly educated and qualified coaches. BTA tailors its programs to enhance strength, endurance, and balance, without toiling for hours in the gym.

Services
Our gym is a private gym for trainers, clients, and our strength teams/ group fitness classes. We recently added an open gym option for our VIP members only. As well as the Strongman Saturday that allows you to come in without a coach, team, or program from us. Strongman during the week is a one hour focused training session with our passionate coaches.

I have been working with Heidi for two months. She has been a great help nutritionally and with accountability. She has quickly been able to identify specific issues in my nutrition plan and she has helped me find solutions to live a healthier lifestyle. I would greatly recommend Heidi, she works with you on your individual needs with kindness and compassion.

Heidi is one of the most amazing trainer and woman I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and I’ve had amazing progress. Her gym is very nice and kept clean the equipment is up to date and in good shape. She knows what she is doing and she is very good at it.

Love training at BTA! Heidi is extremely knowledgeable, and creates an inclusive and fun environment. The classes are kept small and adjustments are made on a personal level to fulfill individual strengths and goals. Your overall health is important here, and Heidi continues to seek out ways to increase the value of being a member. Before starting my journey here, I couldn’t do a bench press due to an injury- learning correct form has enabled me to have gains that I never thought was possible!

Recently joined the BTA fam and couldn’t be more grateful. It’s educational, organized, clean, affordable and extremely inviting to all levels of athletes and ages, beginners to advanced. I throughly enjoy Heidi’s stance on learning and understanding the importance on form and health before anything else. Longevity and safety is key and that has to go along with proper education from awesome coaches.
Highly recommend, especially if you’re interested in power lifting and/or strong man. You’ll totally fit right in 😊

This is my favorite gym. You have everything from strongman, powerlifting but you can also go in and get a regular workout done. I love the judgement free atmosphere, how you always have someone helping you with form and pushing you to do better. The staff is very friendly and positive. The gym is always clean and there’s plenty of variety in equipment. I never thought I would love strongman but once I started going to BTA I can’t imagine not doing strongman again. I add many of the lifts to my regular training sessions. I love this place!

BTA is an outstanding gym for both beginners and serious competitors! I’ve loved my time here so far and I’ve learned so many new exercises.
Better than that, it’s more than just a gym, there are always competitions, parties, and charitable events going on so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere and people are fantastic. Everyone feels loved and included.
10/10 I highly recommend.

I've been coming here for roughly 4 months. WOW. I've been working out for about 3-4 years prior and in the short time that I've been here, my body has really balanced itself out, body transformation! Heidi and staff know their stuff, all specializing in different things. If you have a question, you'll get your answer with an earful of proven science. They have fluent and always changing programs to follow that really open the doors to your body. Even some fundamentals mixed in to really keep you entertained and not feeling monotonous like your standard gym. I came here because

Heidi is a fantastic coach and has insane amounts of knowledge. She will guide you and educate you on what you need to know and more! She is extremely observant with form and technique which helps keeps you safe and feeling confident with your exercises.

I LOVE HEIDI! She does an awesome job from start to finish. I have cerebral palsy and sometimes working out can be a challenge. She put together a workout just structured for me. She will make sure you understand each matching AV's muscle groups you're using. The best part she will keep at a pace that's best for you.. she will tell you to slow down when you're doing something to fast. She's awesome! Glad I found her!

Even before I signed up (for online training) she called me and told me about herself, and asked about myself, what her training was like, and what I should expect. I've never had anyone do that before so needless to say my jaw dropped! Heidi created my own personal exercise program (not a generic one like I've gotten from many trainers before) and once given to me if I had any questions I could contact her and I would get a response right away! She truly cares about
