Jump rope, deadlifts, burpees, squats (the right way), etc, etc.. Those are just some of the things I couldn’t do almost two years ago when I started at GTF. All of the trainers are so helpful and genuinely care about your safety and doing the moves right. I started strictly with weight loss goals in mind but now I am so much stronger and have forever fitness in my sights thanks to them!

I have been to many fitness facilities over the years, but this place stands head and shoulders above your average gym. I was impressed by the trainers knowledge, and high level of professionalism. They will make sure that you get great results while minimizing the risk of injury by being attentive to detail, and by modifying exercises when necessary. I strongly recommend this facility!

I just finished my 6 week challenge and I love it. At first I was nervous to start my weight loss journey because I was so out of shape and over weight. However Ty and his team help me start this amazing journey and gave me the guidance, tools and motivation to get my life back. I was able to meet and exceed my weight loss goal. I would recommend this program to anybody no matter your fitness level.

Get fit with Ty is the place to go if you have a goal you want to reach! Just completed a 6 week challenge and Ty and his team are supportive during every aspect of reaching your goal. The gym is a judgement free zone where everyone is welcoming and supportive. Awesome workouts that build your strength that anyone can do with slight modifications if needed. I would definitely recommend this gym and programs to everyone!

Ty and his crew are AMAZING! I just finished a 6 week challenge that I was really concerned I wasn't going to lose as much as I should. I DID IT.... with the expertise and knowledge of the Get Fit with Ty program. The gym and trainers are so welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place at all. There are all types and sizes of people there with the same goal in mind to get healthy and fit. Everyone is so encouraging and helps you to stay on track with the meal plans and to complete the exercises with the correct form. I would highly recommend Get Fit with Ty to anyone and everyone!
