I have lived here about three years and really like the place.The management and owners do their best they can.It is a large complex and they do deal with a lot of residents everyday.sure there are problems with residents from time to time, Matt was a great person to deal with, unfortunately had not always background checked some residents and leased to them causing unwanted issues around the complex.The apartments have definitely improved the last few years,it has greatly improved the last 5 yrs nothing like it was years ago according to the local police department. Neighbors need to work together

I’ve been here for almost 3 months and within 5 days my closet came down I’ve requested it 4xs and nothing gets done about it not to mention tonight I was doing laundry and put them to dry when done I went to my apt because I forgot a bag and left my basket there it took 2 min and I went back all my clothes were stolen ! This has been the worst thing I’ve ever experienced like who steals clothes !!! And there are no cameras so we can see who took them

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We moved in and moved out within a week! Upon move in, our unit was INFESTED with roaches! Our bath tub had to be resealed and painted and it wasn't even done before we got the keys! They had to do it while we were moving in. The fumes were so terrible I couldn't even stay there. Keep in mind, I have a young daughter too! And they knew all of this. Our A/C unit was held up by a spray paint can. Picture attached. We were there two days before my husband started developing what looked to us a chicken poxs. BOY WERE WE WRONG! Our master bedroom

Just moved in July 5th and The AC unit is no good they are going to replace it. So far the maintenance people were prompt. The shower is not working and the drain is slow. the cabinet door fell off and the paint in the kitchen is stupid if you touch it it comes off. I showed to Tony the maintenance man who is real nice guy. I need the shower fixed and the door put back on immediately today. The reviews are not good and I'm concerned I made a mistake but I will give them a chance to make it right. OR I WILL MOVE OUT. The unit I,m in has all new appliances. I do love this apartment complex. Don’t have much issue as far as management goes... as far as the apartment and around it goes.. complete lack of counter space and people being loud early in the morning and late at night. Heard shouting or loud singing just outside my front door late one night and I have kids. People love to slam doors around here, too and play the loudest music at 7 in the morning. Some of the flooring is also cracking as I’ve noticed lately by stepping on it. We don’t have a light in our master bedroom nor our kid’s room so we had to go out of our way to get a lamp for

I have stayed here for 4 years an I have heard all the bad thing about this place. I personally can’t say I’ve had a bad experience but I do wish things could be different. Like why can’t I get the updated appliances in my apartment now? I think I deserve them. The appliances there now are really dated. I wish someone could fix 1 cabinet door and I would be a super happy tenant. Can say the new management staff are making changes for the best. FYI in 4 years I have not seen any rats. Lol

Neari the end of my contract at Bay Club Apartments, I turned to, Sarasota South because there were noticeable changes, as I live next door. Had heard changes were being made around & about. I spoke with Matt (leasing agent), & he was very professional showing me around, & his demeanor was simply great, & I felt @ ease with myself.
