So far so good.

We've been working with Ben Nicolas of IET Real Estate for a few weeks now, and he is doing a great job of listening to what we want and not pushing us into anything. He tactfully brings up ideas/options that we may not have thought of, and he is incredibly patient with us as we completely flip-flop on what we are looking for.

He responds to emails immediately, and the other day, he happened to be in the neighborhood of one of the houses we've been wanting to see... On his own time, he made a few videos of the property and posted them on YouTube for us to see. WIN
