I am a fully vaccinated, very healthy senior woman, with the exception of asthma. After15 mins of interaction in the bldg, one employee came out and told me I had to wear the mask they provided because they are a healthcare facility. Regardless of being informed of my asthma and vaccination status. (I have documented proof I carry) By the time I was to leave the facility I had begun to wheeze. Had to rush immediately home, do an inhaler, take medication and go on the nebulizer. All of which I have not had to do since not wearing a mask since January 2021. My teenage daughter, Mary, was recently fitted for contacts at Acuity Eye Center. We received excellent service from start to finish. We appreciate how patient and kind Nicole was when she helped Mary. Nicole is a terrific teacher and Mary loves wearing contacts because of her. Robin, Leah, and Johna were professional and respectful each time we went back to make adjustments. They helped me save money too! I highly recommend Dr. Betsko and her entire staff!

I've been coming here since 2013 and since I moved to LA in 2017, I've been to a few different doctors in LA, but have had awful experiences there. Dr. Betsko and the whole team are so incredibly friendly and are such super heroes day in and day out that I go out of my way to schedule appointments here in AZ and time it for when I visit my family vs finding anyone else out in LA. Overall, the best you can find anywhere!

Johna was awesome to work with, I was looking for a specialized set of prescription lenses inside of shooting glasses and she was honest with me and that a lot of labs can't do it and she gave me a couple labs that possibly could.
She was so nice that I decided to buy my next set of glasses then and there. I opted for the transitions, thin lenses, and unfortunately I need Progressives.

So happy this place was recommended to me! After having such a horrible experience prior, Dr. Betsko really made my day! The entire staff was awesome! Friendly and professional. Dr. B was over and beyond !!! She listened, and in the end I walked out with a trial pair of contacts that I can actually see with! Can't wait to go back and pick out new glasses!

My second visit to acuity! Dr. and staff are all very welcoming, nice and professional! I was in and out in 45 minutes including choosing my new pair of glasses with help from an assistant to tell me which one looked best within, style size and price range i was looking for! It really is a nice experience when i usually dread appointments. I appreciate this facility!!

This is the best place to visit to take care of all your eye exams thoroughly. I have been going to Acuity Eye Center for the past nine years. In between once I changed my provider due to the change of my insurance, but I realized what I am missing...the people working here takes care of your needs patiently and the place is kept very clean and the Doctor is very good at taking care of your needs.

Dr. Heather Betsko is the most wonderful, kind and helpful person. I had been putting off getting glasses for 10+ years because of insurance and income, I just couldn't afford it. I didn't realize how bad my vision had gotten. When I put on the my new glasses it was an amazing experience. Dr. Betsko and her office staff went above and beyond to put me in a frame that worked on my face and were totally understanding when I burst into tears when I could see the first time I put them on. I highly recommend Acuity Eye Center!!!

This was my second time getting glasses ever and I wanted to find a good doctor, not a walk in place. I found this place online and am so happy with the results! The office staff was really nice and the girl who did my pre-testing before the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. When Heather came in, I felt immediately comfortable. Great place to go with great staff!! Everyone is happy to help with anything you need and helped me pick out the perfect glasses. They even special ordered a different color for me since I wasn't too keen on the one they had in stock in store. No waiting around like most places, you're in and out super quickly and everything you need is taken care.

Unfortunately, for me this time my prescription changed so I have to get another pair of frames. I have a wide face so finding frames that I like that also fit my face is somewhat difficult. They did not know me from Adam, but they treated me like i have been going there for years. I have never experienced great service like that. I loved the attention and care they gave me from start to finish. The assistant that preformed most of the tests was very kind and considerate. Another staff member made suggestions about my eye wear selection based on the types of glasses i continued to try on (without me prompting him).
