I rented my apartment back in July and when I moved in the carpet was still dirty in both rooms it wasn’t cleaned or taken care of all they did was paint the walls . my door doesn’t lock all the way unless you lock both locks . when I moved in I had a spider problem because the carpet wasn’t cleaned and they use to come from out the carpet ! my fridge door is falling off and so is my toilet seat . My mom had problems with her home too they didn’t tell her what kind of neighborhood she was moving into and then the doors were falling off and the fridge didn’t work they didn’t even fix

Habitual liars, refuse to prepare (turn over repairs), maintain rental properties, defraud owners/renters, & such others. Any prudent person can see Heartside Rentals responded with their company standard line. Heartside was on notice of the run down dilapidated condition of the property they rented before renting. Hearthside, Management Company hired by actual owner. Hearthside has managed the property for years. They claim they did an inspection of the property after the last occupant was removed. A second pre-inspection on the property before I moved in. Hearthside promised property on August

Me and my boyfriend are currently renting from these people now. We put out application in may be the last two weeks in July and they told us the place wouldn't be ready until August 17 we waited about three weeks almost a month thinking everything would be ready but oh baby... The apartment has a very horrible smell roaches and everything that needed to be fixed haven't been fixed they never started fixing anything until our move in day it's been a week and we still haven't been able to stay in our apartment tub has cracks in it so the water runs outside the tub water won't get hot its just been

My experience with this company wasn't that bad. When I rented from them, they took care of the issues I had. The only reason why I rated a 3-star was because I feel like sometimes their customer service skills could use some adjusting. Stacy was super nice, however. I don't know if she is still there though or not but if I wanted to rent from them AGAIN, I would.

My experience with this company was terrible. My fiancé and I called to see about a specific townhouse and asked to see it that Saturday. I was told it was available and he would be happy to show it to us. When we drive all the way from Cary to go see it, we were told that it was unavailable by the only woman that was in the office. The woman was in a hurry to sell us on anything she could! She kept pushing us to see properties and to make a decision that day.
