Dr. Brown began his clinical career as a staff physician with Montgomery General Hospital in Montgomery, MD. Since then Dr. Brown has provided the organization and its partner sites with unparalleled professionalism and expertise in operations and process improvement. Dr. Brown led Inova Alexandria and its Emergency Department through the LEAN process which resulted in decreased length of stay outcomes and resource utilization optimization.

Just today they send a FINAL NOTICE threatening collections. Without ever responding to my letters and phone calls asking them to tell me what the bill is for.
COME ON, ALEXANDRIA SPRINGFIELD EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS! SUE ME! Explain to the judge why you refuse to explain the bill after repeated letters and phone calls.

I also went to the INOVA Alexandria ER and 2 months later received a bill for several hundred dollars for about 5 minutes of doctor time. I called for info, they weren't very helpful.
The main reason for the 1 star rating is that I tried sending an email twice, a week apart, to the customer support email address for more some help and got a failed message auto-reply both times because the mailbox is full. How frustrating...

Brought my daughter into Inova Alexandria Hospital emergency room for an xray on her arm. I am insured and paid the co-pay. ASE Physicians tried to back bill me for the $253.74 balance and sent the account to a collections agency. Called my insurance company who told me that they had paid the bill and that ASE Physicians failed to credit my account. Their fault, my pain. Who pays for that?? Not them.
BTW, saw a physician assistant for all of 5 minutes. Total cost: $627.00.
