Please email, call, or visit the bakery to place your custom cake order. We will work with you to create the perfect cake to fit your needs and budget. However, since everything is baked fresh to order our cakes are in high demand. To make sure we can accommodate your custom cake we recommend to place your order at least a week before.

Omg! I just had the best tasting German Chocolate cake from this bakery, and a few other treats. I couldn't resist, lol. But what stood out the most was the hospitality of the lady that waited on me. Made me feel like family ❤ I will definitely be coming back for more delicious desserts. Five stars for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The family member that was receiving cake loved the design, but I was a like disappointed in the taste of the cake. The cake was very heavy and needed more flavor. We order a two tier cake with two different flavors, one being lemon and one being strawberry. The strawberry was bland and needed to have more flavor. I excepted a lot more due to the reviews. It was okey...

I don't really enjoy baked goods but I got my girl and her roommates some cupcakes after a long week. The interior is well decorated and fits the cute feel of downtown Mount Holly. The staff was very friendly and the woman behind the counter helped me decide the best cupcakes to get. I got a review from the consumer that said "cupcakes were fantastic, very delicious."

If you have a craving for something sweet this is the place to go!!! My favorite thing here is the Oreo truffles but the sundrop pound cake is a close second. However, there truly isn’t anything I’ve ever had here that wasn’t amazing and delicious!! It’s always perfectly moist and amazing flavor!! The staff is always so sweet and helpful and you can tell that this truly is her passion and she loves what she does. You can just tell in the food and atmosphere. So even if you aren’t a huge sweet person, stop in a give it a try-the staff and atmosphere is worth it alone...but I PROMISE you

Nice little charming bakery in downtown Mount Holly. Great service and delicious treats. The German Chocolate cake was moist, flavorful and good side portion. The cup cakes were the right size, not too big. Due to COVID you cannot eat inside, but you can eat your food while walking downtown Mount Holly. Indulge yourself if you are in the area.

It's a shame in this day and time you would go out of your way to slander and bash a business out of your personal agenda. Anyone that looks at her page can see that she makes a point to do this to many businesses and has her own MO. Horrible horrible cupcakes. The worst cupcakes I've ever had. The chemistry in the baking seems all wrong. My cupcakes had a crumbly texture not moist at all. Honestly they seemed a day or 2 old... I questioned myself if that were the case multiple times. I bought 4 cupcakes and a peanut butter cookie. They all tasted the same except the carrot cake but lacked they all were dry and crumbly and lacked flavor.

We met up with family at Five Points Public House for lunch and food was awesome there but then we ordered desserts and OMG! Amazing and awesome do not even begin to describe what we had. Like take an amazingly delicious cake - perfectly sweetened - not too rich, beautifully decorated and then make it 10x better and that’s what we had. I am always worried about calories... uuugggh... and this was worth every last calorie.

My wife's brownie was just the way she likes: soft, chewy, with chunks of chocolate and a slightly crunchy exterior from the edge of the pan. I figured she had a winner when she growled at me as I tried for a second taste, so I whimpered away hoping the grandkids would be more kind--which they were.
How they do on catering, or special orders, etc., I don't know. I do know for a late

This has to be the best bakery place that I've visited, and I do a bit of traveling. I never realized it would be in the neighborhood I recently moved to. The Queen Bee has all of your sweet tooth needs - in all kinds of flavors. They offer a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, pies, truffles, smores, cookies and many other items. My "go to" is the Cherry Lemon Sundrop cupcake. Delicious. It's comfortable and spacious on the inside and best of all, it's a family owned business run by some of the most friendliest, eager to help people people you'll ever meet

Ordered a German chocolate cake after I googled "best GC cake in Charlotte" and QueenBee popped up. I've been looking for the perfect GC for 17 years. My partner adores them but I've never been 100% satisfied. After eating the cake from Queen Bee I'll be back yearly for this cake and return more often to try all of the other great pastries.

Absolutely phenomenal! I've gone here a few times to grab some treats (love to support local business). But yesterday I grabbed a slice of chocolate cake and my life is forever changed. It is unlike any chocolate cake I have ever had before. It's not easy to describe but it's not a sponge type cake. The icing is very good as well (borderline too sugary). I have now found my favorite treat that I will get every time.

The best bakery you will find in Gaston County. They have received numerous awards for the "Best of Gaston" and they live up to it. I recently saw them advertised on WBTV and I was one of multiple guests after this advertisement to drop in the day following. Lots of choices in cupcakes, truffles and desserts. Highly recommend stopping by!
