Dr. Haque is an Internist/Primary Care Doctor who has more than 25 years of medical experience in primary care. Our office provides medical care to a variety of patients ages 16 and up. We see many senior citizens, older adults, and geriatric patients who need personalized medical care. Unlike many medical facilities who have many different doctors, our office has a solo practitioner structure.
This means you get to see the same doctor and can build a relationship which is critical for long and short term care. This also provides hands down personal care with no break in continuity with the management of the patient. The Office of Dr. Syed Wasimul Haque is one of the few solo primary care medical practices in Frederick County. Our office is located in front of Frederick Memorial Hospital. Dr. Haque believes in personalized health care and building a relationship with his patients. This creates a level of comfort that is not possible at other medical practices that have multiple care providers.
Dr. Haque provides many medical services onsite at the clinic. Below are some of the examples of the services that are provided onsite. If there is a procedure that can not be done onsite, Dr. Haque can refer you to a qualified and trusted specialist. Taking long term care of patients in rehab centers, continuity in the management of the patient.
It may consist of instructions to do exercises, proper diet and compliance with medications. Prompt follow-up after blood test results and imaging reports. Your insurance will be billed for your care. You are responsible for paying the deductible amount before your insurance will make payment.
