Adult Primary Care Services opened in 2015 to offer health care and wellness to the community. We expanded our offices in 2018 to provide a wide variety of health services to the Frederick community. Michelle Cooper Adult Nurse Practitioner became a certified nurse practitioner in 2000. She has been dedicated to caring for patients for over 30 years in her nursing career.
She graduated with her Master's degree in nursing from Saint Louis University and a post-graduate degree from the University of Maryland. She has worked at Frederick Memorial Hospital, Medstar Georgetown Hospital, and in outpatient physician offices. Now, she has her own office and is able to provide primary care services, order tests, lab work, and write prescriptions.

I cannot stop raving about Michelle and her team. My 91 year old grandmother has had a few health issues and was written off and disrespected by several other specialists and even the local hospital. Whenever we go into Michelle's office we are treated with respect, dignity, and patience. She gets things done when she says she will, including lab orders, referrals, medications, and more! Not only that, but we have had a few days when she suddenly was ill and needed to be seen ASAP, I called in and we were seen the same day. Amazing. Highly recommend this office for all adult/elderly patients looking

This provider has the rudest receptionist I've ever encountered in my 60 years on this earth. She refers to patients in a condescending tone calling them honey, and regularly snaps at people on the phone. This practice should be closed. Unless you want to die, go somewhere else. For your health and your family's sake.

She is a wonderful provider. She takes time with each patient and really cares about her patients!! Don't take your frustrations about the front desk staff out on the provider. If you know anything about owning a business good staff is hard to find. My husband owns a business so trust me, I know the struggles!

After 16 years living in Frederick, Maryland, I can now say I have found my doctor. Michelle was amazing, and I feel so comforted that I know I have a health professional I can rely on. The visit started out with her greeting me personally in the waiting room- five minutes before my scheduled appointment. That is unheard of to not have to wait, long less go in early. She treated me right away like I was the most important person, and really genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me.
