I am extremely happy with this practice. Dr. Sivakumar is very knowledgeable and takes your care seriously.There is also a lab on site if she needs blood draws or others tests. She is the best primary care physican Ive ever seen! When I see posts on Facebook of people looking for recommendations Dr. Sivakumar is who I recommend!!

Have had a great experience with Dr.Usha She is very attentive and takes time to explain details. Her demeanor is compassionate. Wait times at her office are less than 30 mins. Her Staff is helpful, knowledgeable ,courteous and nice. Office is clean with a pleasant atmosphere.Thank you Dr .Usha and her stuff

As requested for my initial appointment, I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time at 3:30pm to fill out paperwork. I filled it out quickly and it still took the entire 30 minutes to fill our paperwork. Their paperwork can absolutely be streamlined to save clients time and to be more efficient. I turned my paperwork in on time but still waiting an hour to be seen by the doctor. The only purpose of this appt. was to have my thyroid level rechecked. By the time I saw the doctor (4:30pm) I was told that the lab technician had left a 4pm and it was not possible for me to have my blood drawn

The doctor is awesome!
The patient in-take experience doing a remote visit, less than awesome. After 18 months of practice, I assumed that this would have been 100% me filling out electronic forms prior to the appointment.
Instead, someone *called me* 10 minutes prior to the appointment asked me about 50 questions over the phone, while she captured the answers on her end. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am and this lasted until 920. Then it was another 10 minutes to wait before doc showed up. So not a great process but Doc was awesome.

Dr. Sivakumar is the very best physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is professional, sincere, caring, polite and extremely knowledgeable. In other words, Dr. Sivakumar is a "rare gem". Frederick City and Frederick Healthcare Systems are most fortunate to have her among its outstanding. physicians in the community. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Try her and you'll see what mean.
