I think they could be a little more open about telling you about your test results instead of making the patients ask them how they turned out telling you that everything looks good doesn't mean a lot other than that they are really nice and you don't have to wait very long and dr. B well always have small talk with you that makes you feel relaxed very good office

Five stars all around - HIGHLY recommend! My husband and I moved to Hagerstown this year and we were searching for a family practice, especially with a baby on the way. I saw Ashley during the first visit and she is the best! I truly appreciate her kindness, honesty, professionalism, patience, and the stories she shares about her personal experiences as a mom. I saw Dr. Bodenheimer during the second visit and he’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to talk with. Our last two recent visits were with Ashley and our newborn daughter. Recovery from labor/delivery has been rough and as new parents

We went for our first visit today and met Ashley, the PA. She was great with my daughter, and we got along very well. She is caring and respectful, and we will be going back for sure, our entire family. I love that this is a small family practice, not some office under the umbrella of some large-scale medical business. We do not want that. Oh let me not forget to mention, the front office staff were so friendly!

I usually see Ashley (she is great), but she was on vacation and I saw Dr. Bodenheimer. Pleasant, efficient, thorough, and attentive are all accurate descriptors. He wanted to hear my thoughts, let me speak, and was patient while I described my issue. I feel like many doctors come across as cool or detached, he was the opposite. I feel very confident that no matter who I see when I visit, I will be comfortable and feel welcome.

Phenomenal practice! Receptionists are always very friendly and patient. I have seen both doctors. I have never felt rushed with myself or children. They have always discussed and answered all my questions. Referrals to specialists have been sent immediately, I’ve never had to call to remind them, etc. receive texts about appointments and never have had a long wait! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you for such great care!

I have been happy with south mountain family for years. All the girls ( Carrie, Joanne, Becky are a great group of front desk staff. Just love Ms. Ashley, she does a great job with my mother. Dr. Bodenheimer is also a great doc. If you call into the office for an appointment you can get one that day or the next day. The office is very close to my house. When I was caring for my sister in law. Dr Bodenheimer came to the house to see her because she was bed bound.
