Scott D. Goldman is the managing member of Goldman Law, LLC. Mr. Goldman founded Goldman Law, LLC on the principle that everyone deserves professional and ethical representation. Scott was born in Detroit, MI and lived there for 26 years before moving to Denver, Colorado for better weather and great skiing.
Ashley is a Colorado native and attended the University of Denver where she received her Bachelor's Degree in 2006. Ashley obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011. During law school she completed an externship in St. Croix, USVI where she worked on class action and personal injury cases.
Emily is originally from California and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis. She then worked in the pharmaceutical industry before attending law school at the Vanderbilt University Law School. Emily's employment history includes experience at a variety of different firms and organizations, including working under the Honorable Judge Don R. Ash.
Jarod was born in Oklahoma and attended the University of Tulsa where he received his Bachelor's Degree in 3 years. Jarod then went on to the attain his Juris Doctorate at University of Oklahoma where he also qualified for early graduation. During law school, Jarod completed multiple externships with non-profit organizations, including a yearlong stint with Oklahoma extension of HUD.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Mark attended Louisiana State University and received his Bachelor's in Accounting with a minor in Communication Studies. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the LSU Center for Internal Audit and completed two internships with major corporations in Colorado and Arkansas.

paying over 90,000 to the IRS because a simple form was not filled out My X also lied about his income and assets and nobody requested financial documents of assets and income, which is a law in Colorado. Received a notice from this law firm that legal action may be taken against me regarding a parking ticket received for parking at the hospital I worked at. I can only assume this firm will squeeze every penny out of your ex spouse possible, since who else would send out threatening letters to nurses during the middle of a pandemic for a parking ticket received for parking one floor too low in a parking garage. I recently received a demand letter from Goldman Law LLC attempting to collect a "debt" from Republic Parking Systems for a fake parking ticket they stuck on my car window as I was parked slightly over the line at one of their paid parking garages. I will let you make the determination on what kind of attorney bothers to send out demand letters for $55.00 on behalf of a legally dubious private parking ticket and whether or not you want to work with that type of firm.

CAUTION! I was married 32 years. Goldman Law represented me. I am living at poverty level. 58 year's old was given 2 year's maintenance and awarded an IRA that I cannot touch without paying penaltys due to my age. My x husband was awarded the home..all interior including my clothing and all furnishings and all jewelry and personal items. Mr Goldman and his team help me with my little legal issue involving my ability to drive in a manor that a some police officer deemed inappropriate. The firm was completely professional and well prepared for my case. I do not plan on having another issue but you do look at this firm. WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!! Not only will they rip you off but they sent someone to my hearing that didn't even know my name or one single fact about my case. In my brief experiences with this firm i wasn't even clear who my lawyer was and i am thoroughly convinced that they cared little or nothing about my divorce. I was routinely billed for items that i had no idea what for. They left me high and dry. I would not recommend this firm to anyone and i would caution anyone before they call this firm. They even slandered me to the court after I requested that they not represent

Mr. Goldman vastly overcharged me, was an hour late to a hearing and disclosed confidential emails before quitting at the beginning of another hearing. He is unprofessional frequently took calls from other clients during meeting with me then would charge me for that time. I would not recommend him to anyone. After his representation I went 20 months without seeing or speaking to my son. This guy should not be a lawyer. Scott you still have my file and I would like it back.
