Do yourself a favor and do not live here. I recently moved into these apartments. It’s a blessing I did not sign a year lease. I’m counting down the last few long months. Leasing agents are rude and do not handle work request or any complaint in a timely manner. These apartments are really expensive ($3000) to be ignored. It’s ridiculous! Do not ignore reviews. I used to like Greystar properties. Not this one. Do not move here!

Displeased with my experience here. Complex was bought out by Greystar which is a money hungry corporation. Had previous bad dealings with them. Thought I got away but nope.
Jacked up the rent so much that I decided to go buy a house.
With it being next to George Bush Tollway, there is always multiple cars racing at night on the surface streets from 11PM - 1 AM causing tons of noise. You tend to drown out the regular highway noise but can be annoying if you think about it.
Not enough parking spots for the amount of people that live here. Constantly having to race home to hopefully get a parking

Maintenance takes a very very long time to repair anything with my apartment. The last two Maintenance request I have submitted has taken 6 days and over 7 days to fix the issue. My current Maintenance request submitted has hit the 7-day marker including today 8/12/2021. Nobody from the office or the maintenance crew calls or communicates to me to notify me that it is going to be later than 5+ days before they can get to my maintenance request. It is a small community and it should not take Maintenance a week. .

If I could give zero Stars I would their management are not reasonable just say that they can’t do nothing. Their maintenance always behind I have been in my apartment and in one room the door of the closet was not there and have been here since almost already 6 months which is almost half of my lease and they have not fix this, which this should have been fix before I move in, honestly how long does it take to put a door? What 10 mins maybe. There’s no good communication for warnings and if you don’t put your Trash right they would give you a violation of $50 there just trying to milk you

I am not usually a review participant. I just renewed my one-year lease here at Creekside. 24 hours ago I submitted a service request for three large issues. The issues not being fault of Creekside. In 21 hours I received a call from Brian. He was letting me know he was ready to enter my unit. Within 23 hours he fixed a noisy toilet, replaced the transmission in my washer and reassured me that my AC was "working just fine." All requests completed. Within those three hours I spoke with the office twice and Brian once. The office staff has always been extremely kind and building maintenance

I lived at creekside for 3yrs. I moved out March of this year because I started to travel on my job. I have been so busy with my job I was unable to write a review til now before I go back out on another assignment. The ladies in the office Luna, Angela and Gabby I love those ladies they are the best. They were always on top of any issues I had. I love the property. The neighbors were nice overall a GREAT experience.

Creekside has by far been the best apartments I’ve lived in since I moved to Texas. The only reason why I moved is bc my roommate and I are getting a one bedroom and the complex does not have one bedrooms upstairs. I like staying on the top floor. It’s a quiet community and has quick access to food, bars and more.

I have lived here three years and have had no problems! Community is great and pretty peaceful. Fun events get planned (when Covid isn’t happening!). The office ladies are great and super friendly - always remember who you are! Maintenance is amazing! I try not to put in requests but whenever I needed someone it was done in a quick and timely manner! Definitely recommend!!

After selling my home, I moved to Creekside. There I found the warmest welcome and the best community I could ever ask for. The manager, Lua, and staff are always so friendly and helpful. They plan a variety of events so that residents can always find something to do and join in as much as they please. Creekside is a wonderful community for all residents, but especially those looking to down-size like I did. In addition, the apartment-homes are well maintained. It is located on a beautiful property, and a Richardson police officer provides security advice. I always felt totally safe walking

WARNING!! Do not move to Creekside Townhomes. I lived here less than a month and the townhomes are not taken care of. The first issue I have is if you live below someone you hear EVERYTHING even when they're snoring. The 2nd and main issue is there are insects everywhere since they don't take good care of their property they have cracks in baseboards which I seen roaches, spiders, and ants coming in and out of these cracks daily. When you put a maintenance request for pest control it might take 2-3 weeks for them to come out. The 3rd and final thing is before I moved in the apartment

When I was there 2013-2014 management and maintenance both get 5 stars!! They were the sweetest to me and my dog Belle.
My 3 stars is for the builder, designer and overall noise issues.
Garages are loud, heard it constantly from the neighbors below. Paper thin walls are true. This had nothing to do with the staff, it's all in the quick cheap building the do today with apartments. We can't expect a full blown rebuild.
Loved my unit being next to the pool, dog loved it also, music was nice for us, miss that alot.

So I gave this place a year and will share my ups and downs. I'll start with this- these apartments have VERY poor sound insulation. For anyone who lives on the first floor you will constantly be hearing garage doors opening/closing and your neighbors upstairs running up and down stairs. At first I loved that I had a garage but not after hearing how much noise it causes. I complained at least 20 times about certain noise issues and the office never offered to move me into another apartment in any part of my 13 month lease. It was very frustrating also because they didn't have a security
